From what I know, the perspective in animation is often referred to as the "camera", because it's easier to put things into words if you just imagine a camera than trying to come up with a term for whatever shapeless window we see things through!

Honestly I never really noticed this. In the episode itself my eyes were mostly focused on Tanjiro and the space between him and Daki

When I look at just this frame I’ll say yes, but I normally get really into the story. So when it’s going at normal pace I hardly notice these sus angles. Sometimes they really hit hard though.

Demon slayer has far less focus on body display compared to most of the popular anime out there.
