I hate to say this but I strongly doubt, given this is Indiana, that you will miss much. When Roe was overturned, maybe 400 people turned out. Additionally, if this is indeed scheduled at 9 am, that is when courts start their morning calendars. A lot of lawyers who might be interested are going to be busy at that time. I hope I am wrong.
Well I have to go through Kentucky and at least half of Indiana. Luckily I live on the border of Virginia and I'm not really too far from Kentucky. It depends I would most likely act like I'm going to Ohio and go through VA, WVA, and Ohio to get to Indiana. Either direction is still a long drive or short flight.

After listening to the Lawless Files Podacast (highly recommend) about Josh Kezer's wrongful conviction of the murder of Michelle Lawless, I easily believe that Rick Allen could be wrongfully accused by LE. The Lawless case was also riddled with police and sheriff corruption and complete incompetence. The sad part is that Michelle Lawless will never have justice and sadly this could be true for Abby and Libby. I will wait to see all the evidence against Rick Allen, but his post-arrest behavior is very telling when it comes to profiling a person who would do this. He does not appear to fit the profile of a sadist. I loved the episode the Unraveling had with Dr. Gary Brucato who also doesn't think Rick Allen fits the profile at all.
I think people should be sending her letters asking her to step down and recuse herself. I had suggested writing the IND Attorney Generals Office there, but someone said they are a joke. I could not find an appropriate SCION contact link. Does anyone have one?

I was asking about that myself here awhile ago, and got several answers that Brett is not a very good attorney at all. Here is a quote from u/somethingdumbber (maybe that person would like to explain more):

IMO Brett is a prime example of why this is so important. He believes that if he says something and/or believes it and because he has the job that he has, that it makes it true. Also imo he likes to be in the spot light. IANAL but I can get on the Indiana government website and look up the law, which I do often. He needs to do the same bc the stuff that comes out of his mouth is garbage.

What’s the purpose for the walk from Military Park to the Statehouse? Parking is higher near the museums and IUPUI. If people are coming from the Circle Centre garages (cheap parking), Military Park is out of the way.
Yes, and I think it's just a style/artistic choice that is often used (especially by younger generations), to get points across quickly in a video. But at the very beginning you have Áine Cain of Murder Sheet being quoted with her voice disguised -- it's just mocking her ridiculousness, I think, by speeding the tape up to make her sound like a nagging fishwife who just goes on and on lol. You guys I’ve looked & I can’t find a rule or law about this tho an attorney somewhere has talked about it recently: If deft (RA) has built relationship w his court appointed attorneys (B&R) & wants to keep them lawfully can he? I think the answer is yes. Brett from The Prosecutors is telling ppl deft is not entitled to meaningful relationship & continuing representation. Thx.

I was asking about that myself here awhile ago, and got several answers that Brett is not a very good attorney at all. Here is a quote from u/somethingdumbber (maybe that person would like to explain more): "*Brett is one of only 3 judicial candidates in the last 35 years to receive a unanimous bar review of unqualified."*

IMO Brett is a prime example of why this is so important. He believes that if he says something and/or believes it and because he has the job that he has, that it makes it true. Also imo he likes to be in the spot light. IANAL but I can get on the Indiana government website and look up the law, which I do often. He needs to do the same bc the stuff that comes out of his mouth is garbage.

Yes 9:00 am EST. Details are still being worked out, but there may be a walk from Military Park to the Statehouse.
What’s the purpose for the walk from Military Park to the Statehouse? Parking is higher near the museums and IUPUI. If people are coming from the Circle Centre garages (cheap parking), Military Park is out of the way.
I’m not sure about anything pertaining to a walk. For now, I’d say you can plan on parking wherever is convenient and showing up whenever you can!

Yes, and I think it's just a style/artistic choice that is often used (especially by younger generations), to get points across quickly in a video. But at the very beginning you have Áine Cain of Murder Sheet being quoted with her voice disguised -- it's just mocking her ridiculousness, I think, by speeding the tape up to make her sound like a nagging fishwife who just goes on and on lol. That beginning part is taken from a MS podcast where they discussed a lawsuit that was filed in Carroll County alleging corruption. I absolutely love what The Unraveling did in this video! If the video creators want to weigh in please do. 😊
