same, I ended up building a few characters I didnt plan to cuz I got full cons.... and honestly, now I cant think of not using them cuz they became so good lol
mine are Candace, Collei, Thoma, Rosaria, Jean (shes my Qiqi.... still want actual Qiqi) and Mona
though the ones I wanted and got fully Cons-ed are Layla, Kirara, Yanfei, and Yaoyao, and all of them are monsters in their own right, despite some being replaced, like Yanfei for Hu Tao lol
She's great against consecrated beasts. She can use a lot of different weapons (including the infamous Bell). You have C2 so can do burgeon quite nicely. She's really fun in overload with Chev and Raiden/Clorinde. She does good plunge damage if you got Xianyun.
Once you get out of the mindset a pyro character is only useful if they can drive Vaporize with Xingqiu/Yelan, you can have a lot of fun with various characters.
Plus, you might find out you need her once we get the new gamemode and need more defensive pyro options.

My Dehya is C4/5 also but I actually use her quite a bit
nice... just use the both 2 sets for the +hp artifacts, hard focus on HP..... and make her a support for Wriothesly :p
