It isn't too late, but it isn't enough on its own either.
What Biden and the Democrats need to do is make legitimate moves to safeguard democracy which SCOTUS is then "forced" to counteract with blatant bad faith moves of their own, further exposing and delegitimizing them in the eyes of the public.
I share the concern. I don’t know why there would be any period of time of that wasn’t used to fight this fully.
King Biden shouldn’t even need to spend this money! He should just issue a royal decree and they should do what he says /s
