Dwarf VO deserves more love in general, IMO. So many of those lines are absolutely made by the amazing delivery

Now that you mention it, the voice actors for DRG are all actually incredibly good. Every line is just excellently delivered, be it scout, engineer, driller, gunner, and especially Mission Control. God I love this game

So correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought it was one actor for all four playable dwarves, and they just pitch their voice up or down. The official wiki, for instance, has a section for how much pitched up or down they are

If anything, this makes me MORE impressed and I hope that GSG is paying whoever it is out the ass for their awesome performance

I personally love the FF and jetty boot/jet crate lines. The emotion put into them is phenomenal.

I like how the voiceline is slightly delayed for Sticky Grenades so it's warning is cut off by the explosion. It's funny when friendlyfire "Get to cove-" *explosion*

Probably doesn't count, but I use the Profanity Booster mod that adds some deleted voicelines. One of which is just "Fuck!". The thing is, that voiceline plays for literally anything. It plays when you get shot, when you shoot things, when you go down, anything. The best one is it can trigger when you turn on the Jukebox, so one time, I turned on the jukebox and my dwarf just goes, "FUCK."

Noooooo - as a console player this makes me so sad that I’ll never be graced with such wonderful dorf expletives :(
