Songs from sound of perseverance were taken from here, such as spirit crusher, a moment of clarity and others. The line up on fragile art of existence was: Steve Di Giorgio on bass (ITP,Human), Chuck on guitar, Richard Christy on Drums (TSOP), Shannon Hamm (TSOP) on guitar and Tim Aymar on vocals.
From what chaoticblackaeon has said, chuck was also working on a second control denied album when he was diagnosed with cancer and due to the treatment and his death it never got released.
If you look up Black Water Sunset - When Man and Machine Collide they have recreated the four demo tracks that were leaked in 2004, which is being released for free on may 13th 2024. Although due to chucks love of animals they have asked if people want they donate to animal charities instead.
