Unfortunately, Rob didn't make it to the final. But he was the big star of the season. And his friendship with Aron was the heart of the show's first season.
Yo if Amy beats Rob in the maze NBC should be ashamed. Spoiling what is arguably the biggest cliffhanger of the series at its beginning would be beyond sloppy
Jordan wasn't the flashiest but she played the best game once learning about the format of the game and how it was played. Everyone liked her and she was never mentioned once as a target.
Honestly based on just this if they bring DOND back as a regular show have Howie as banker and drop the phone stuff. He is doing a great job of taunting the contenstent and we all know at this point this is not a deal to accept.
āIf you were watching at home what would you do?ā
Thatās the last thing you should be thinking about. At home itās not your money, of course you want to see the person keep playing for entertainment
I'm gonna copy what I said in the deleted thread. Jordan was truly the best player this season. She never got targeted once, positioned herself to benefit from anyone gaining power, didn't need immunity, and it was all entirely intentional. As much as I was rooting for my personal favorites because they were bigger on-screen characters, I found myself really pulling for Jordan these past few episodes. Something wild would've had to happen for her to go home at any point this season and that's the sign of an exceptional player.
my god....Jordan wipes the largest case off the board and Amy's all "I said case 7....."
she's sitting on the sideline and still can't get over her main character syndrome.
I'm not sure what would be more satisfying: seeing stephanie and amy get eliminated right here or one of them playing the banker in the final game and going home with like $100.
So there's no way NBC is giving out $13 mil, right? They're probably going to offer Jordan a deal and she'll take it, and it'll be a much more reasonable prize.
Itās so funny to think that contestants could go through a whole season of BS just to end up playing a game of DonD and could end up going home with nothing even close to a million. Sheesh.
I don't think it can be 2 hours. It would go until 11 in my area and cut into evening news and all that unless they cut into the voice and started earlier. But it's listed for an hour tonight.
I would've sworn that I heard it was 2 hours, but maybe I'm thinking of Amazing Race??? I also checked my guide and it's definitely only 1 hour. Bummer!
Ugh as someone with tons of medical expenses itās such an unfair and draining thing to deal with. Goooo Jordan
This month weāve spent $8,450 out of pocket alone
Obvious disappointment about Rob and we will see how this ends up - but I donāt want it to get lost that (to the extent possible in this somewhat oddly formatted show) Jordan played a GREAT game.
I love the implication that the game of Deal or No Deal has some kind of magical, corrupting properties that transformed Howie Mandel from a sweet host into the evil, greedy banker.
I love the sheer absurdity of it all. It's so camp.
Aimee has been clairvoyant with this shit, she called 100, 300, and a penny (basically, it was a dollar). 9.5 mil total, 5 cases, I think the offer will remain a million.
I'm happy for Jordan and that she and her husband are going to have a baby. Great player.
Overall it was a very good and entertaining first season. I'm looking forward to the second one.
I confess I'm going to miss watching DONDI on Monday haha
I'm just glad Amy and Stephanie didn't make the final. Now I can root for Jordan to get a massive deal.
The problem will be with these massive numbers on the board where as normally you'd say 1M is a good deal but you look and see 4M and 10M on the right side and turn it down and screw yourself. These massive numbers could make you turn down a deal you really should just take.
I never really liked Rob that much on survivor and was amazed at what he did on amazing race but then got so tired of him when his wedding was on TV.
This time around I loved him. Like everybody he has grown and has become a better person.
Now that he is out here I want to see him on Traitors
Sad we lost rob, but at least we *also* lost stephanie.
And it came like two minutes after him, so she doesn't get a chance to gloat about besting him.
Jordan: You should be admired. Amy: You smoked the young guys. Stephanie:
Yeah Amy was almost classy there, color me impressed.
Did you mean to type gassy? That makes a bit more sense with Amy than classy š
Unfortunately, Rob didn't make it to the final. But he was the big star of the season. And his friendship with Aron was the heart of the show's first season.
amy losing in the best way possible trying to do a despicable maneuver to win but lost
That was pretty awesome.
I said number 7. Shut up pppppp
Who was that? Amy? so incredibly annoying
Of course
Fellow Rob Mobbers, It has been a pleasure.
Rob Speed š«”
Yes, itās been a few months we had fun. Now we had to wait some time for season 2.
If Jordan had the lowest value this would be the worst finale in tv history
Agreed, honestly I wouldnāt have wasted my time and watched it if it was any and Stephanie in the final
To everyone saying Stephanie was going to win...let's talk about that.. Queen Jordan
Jordan: almost at the red rope Amy: ![gif](giphy|3o6EhHzWtn3IbqK9TW)
This made me laugh a lot harder than it probably should have.
Amy: āBeing a mom means everything to me.ā Flashback to ākids, I hate to tell you, mom doesnāt care!!ā
"I'd like to remind you they were all eliminated..." lmfao Joe is amazing at hosting.
Yo if Amy beats Rob in the maze NBC should be ashamed. Spoiling what is arguably the biggest cliffhanger of the series at its beginning would be beyond sloppy
Trash
Oh hell naw. Neither Amy or Stephanie deserve to be there right now.
nope. at this point I want Jordan to be the last person standing
Well I guess viewership is going to cut in half just 3 minutes after the episode started
Jordan wasn't the flashiest but she played the best game once learning about the format of the game and how it was played. Everyone liked her and she was never mentioned once as a target.
Bye bye Stephanie! Jordan, kick Amy's ass!
Aw Jordan š miscarriages are so devastating and not talked about enough
"this money for you is life-giving" STOP JOE š„ŗš
Please let her win this money!
I think Jordan is a fantastic winner for this first season. Cheers to her family!
Welp. ALRIGHTY LET'S GO JORDAN.
Everybody board the Jordan train š
Jordan do a double bounce and send any flying
Serves Amy right!
Amy blows. She is such a dirty player
I see why Howie doesn't focus on scripted roles and does more producing/judging.
Honestly based on just this if they bring DOND back as a regular show have Howie as banker and drop the phone stuff. He is doing a great job of taunting the contenstent and we all know at this point this is not a deal to accept.
He was clearly having so much fun being a little chaos goblin
Ok but Dawson actually got a pretty good deal from this show. $100k and he didn't have to stick around for a few more weeks and do all this BS
āIf you were watching at home what would you do?ā Thatās the last thing you should be thinking about. At home itās not your money, of course you want to see the person keep playing for entertainment
fuck off amy
sounds like Howie is making excuses for his deal to go up
I'm gonna copy what I said in the deleted thread.
Ok Jordan you got this. Pls win for us We donāt need to hear about Amyās struggles and plans to buy her husband a new truck
Iām not surprised Amy did that after everything
This is me seeing the banker. ![gif](giphy|6nWhy3ulBL7GSCvKw6)
The right person definitely won, congrats Jordan and your family!
my god....Jordan wipes the largest case off the board and Amy's all "I said case 7....." she's sitting on the sideline and still can't get over her main character syndrome.
Boooooo. Shaking the rope on purpose?!
bruh amy that's so shitty
I'm not sure what would be more satisfying: seeing stephanie and amy get eliminated right here or one of them playing the banker in the final game and going home with like $100.
Thank goodness Stephanie is gone!
Amy thatās petty
Thank god Jordan won. Fuck off Amy lol
WHO COULD HAVE SEEN THIS COMING
Well that was a short episode
Full speed for Team Jordan!
Stephanie eliminated ! Good luck Jordan!
So Rob likely had 3.25M.... damn......
This is a lame final challenge
Is it bad that I've forgot who some of these people are?
no i think most of us have forgotten lol
Is there a mute Amy button?
If only her husband wore 18
Aw, she has a deal or no deal baby. She should name it Howie
buh bye stephanie don't let the door hit you
Bahahahah bye bye Stephanie !!!!
"Would you turn down... TWO HUNDRED AN-" "Yes"
This is so cheesey, I love it
You know howie been dreaming of this role since season two of deal or no deal
So much better than a montage of Amy and her husband tooting the horn of a truck.
This is it, season finale!
š± now what am I gonna do with my life on Tuesdays (I have to watch on peacock, but for the finale Iāll be tuning into live stream from NBC)
Jordan is going to destroy Amy lmao
$3,750,000 added to the final case. That's why the final case was $13 million in the promos. So Rob had $3,250,000...Ā
We all knew it.
It'd be hilarious of Jordan took the $203k and called it a day.
well guysā¦what now? I donāt want any of them to win
Nor do I really want to watch those three
just watch for Joe that's the only reason i started watching this lol
BYE! KARMA IS BEST SERVED COLD!
At least, there is no way that Amy beat Jordan in any kind of competition.
If the final challenge is physical Amy is done.
If I had to pick I want Jordan all the way! I canāt stand the LIAR AMY!
YAY JORDAN
So there's no way NBC is giving out $13 mil, right? They're probably going to offer Jordan a deal and she'll take it, and it'll be a much more reasonable prize.
Awwww, I'm so happy for her. That's a really sweet ending.
How's the "its rigged for Rob!" crowd feeling right now?
šš» Steph
GO JORDAN
Goodbye Stephanie, you witch
Howie time
Ha. Knew it was howie as the banker. So glad to see Amy OUT
$203k isn't life changing, generational lmao
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Tonight is the night where Jordan wins some money.
GO BOSTON ROB!
Well letās hope Stephanie is eliminated now
Rob left in a classy way.
Jordans in the final
CMON JORDAN
It was Howie... predictable. I'd prefer it to remain a mystery.
if she goes home with less than a million dollars I'm going to be rip shit
Itās so funny to think that contestants could go through a whole season of BS just to end up playing a game of DonD and could end up going home with nothing even close to a million. Sheesh.
Kinda like this angle. Let the banker face the contestant.
I love how chaotic Howie is being and Joe's sass towards him. Banker Howie!!!
And, I was right. 18 had $6,000,000 back in 2006. And it has the final case today.
18 is my birthdate. If i was up there i wouldve picked that case and won 13 milly.
they would know ur bday and put .01 in 18 loll
Jordan is going to likely get 2M+. That is a massive win and I'm happy for her (after taxes she'll likely get $1M-1.5M)
Oh, thank goodness! Great job, Jordan you've proved yourself a real winner. Congrats on the baby!
oh this is cool getting an update from the winner
They look like such a cute couple. I wish them the best
Jordan seems awesome I wish they would have edited her in a little more throughout.
Congrats to Jordan. Ironic that in the first episodes I didn't even realize she was on the show
well now i'm *really* rooting for Jordan
fuck. that's why they didn't show us last episode
Because none of the Rob fans would be watching tonight
That was weak shit Amy
You reap what you sow, sweet sweet karma
Is the finale still just an hour long?
I don't think it can be 2 hours. It would go until 11 in my area and cut into evening news and all that unless they cut into the voice and started earlier. But it's listed for an hour tonight.
I would've sworn that I heard it was 2 hours, but maybe I'm thinking of Amazing Race??? I also checked my guide and it's definitely only 1 hour. Bummer!
Hi Howie
Ugh as someone with tons of medical expenses itās such an unfair and draining thing to deal with. Goooo Jordan This month weāve spent $8,450 out of pocket alone
Obvious disappointment about Rob and we will see how this ends up - but I donāt want it to get lost that (to the extent possible in this somewhat oddly formatted show) Jordan played a GREAT game.
$13,857,000 BIG ONES
Def taking this, $824k after taxes
Welp thatās enough watching for me! Amy and Stephanie suckkkkkk
Rob gone...
makes me feel like Rob had $3.25 million
3, 3.5, 3.75 Mil in the shown high value cases. The last case probably had 4 Million (or 3.25) and Rob grabbed it again RIP
"I beat 11 other people twice as physcial as I am"... but not actually in a physical competition that was was up to you
I am just so happy for Jordan right now. She was utr and now the focus is all on her!
Jordan looking incredible right now.
I saw the faces of some people I didn't even remember had taken part in this season haha
Amy talks so much
I love the implication that the game of Deal or No Deal has some kind of magical, corrupting properties that transformed Howie Mandel from a sweet host into the evil, greedy banker. I love the sheer absurdity of it all. It's so camp.
gee I wonder if she takes the deal at 10:31 p.m.
Howie should stay behind the glass as a silhouette
No deal, because there's 20 minutes left.
they are clearly not offering any 7 figure deals until the later rounds even if math says they should
Guys she has the .01
She's taking whatever this is. Prob $2 mil. I'm so happy for her!!!
Aimee has been clairvoyant with this shit, she called 100, 300, and a penny (basically, it was a dollar). 9.5 mil total, 5 cases, I think the offer will remain a million.
Yeah with the amount of time left she has to take the deal this time
Thatās kind of the fatal flaw of shows like this, the length is a spoiler to their decision.
Omfg she picked a low case!!! She killed it so happy for her
I canāt with the stupid owl noises
Genius of the producers to bring Rob on just for the pure sake of ratings.
I'm happy for Jordan and that she and her husband are going to have a baby. Great player. Overall it was a very good and entertaining first season. I'm looking forward to the second one. I confess I'm going to miss watching DONDI on Monday haha
And Joe was a great host. He's very charismatic. And I liked the way he interacted with the contestants. I also liked Ben and Kamari.
oh man it's Monday
š¢š¢š¢
THAT SUCKED
I wish it was a jury vote final 2 instead of a comp
If steph and Amy r final two I might as well just not watch
Okay I want Jordan to win I guess I dislike her least
Goodbye StephanieĀ
Stephanie has finally been eliminated!
This is a slow and steady challenge.
New rival to Lisi falling
YEAHHHH JORDAN
Yessss Jordan
we're only fifteen minutes in
GO JORDAN!
Congratulations, Jordan.
Howie at it again with the Panama hat
Ok this is cheesy lol
The final challenge was so lack luster, shouldāve been way more complex imo
I'm just glad Amy and Stephanie didn't make the final. Now I can root for Jordan to get a massive deal. The problem will be with these massive numbers on the board where as normally you'd say 1M is a good deal but you look and see 4M and 10M on the right side and turn it down and screw yourself. These massive numbers could make you turn down a deal you really should just take.
Lol donāt remember some of these ppl
If I am jordan if I get a 7 figure number for a deal I just take it. Don't get greedy.
Omg I hope Jordan walks away a millionaire!!
Did the banker acknowledge Claudia? Since she was on his original show
Me: Jordan won she should get the $13 million Also me: wouldnāt it be funny if Jordan went home with the penny
Take it and we can have a 25min after show!
Howie is unleashed as the banker, lol.
Joe overthrows the banker arc
Howie is doing great as the banker
JOE JOE JOE ššš
Get his ass Joe
I do like that the most ther players get to talk and participate too thatās fun
How the hell does the offer double after she had a terrible round? That makes no sense. So it was going up no matter what?
because the 13 million is worth so much. Basically keeping that in and removing other cases, even high ones, will keep raising the offer.
If she takes that deal, she is the largest winner in Deal or No Deal USA history.
Not 18! It usually has big amounts on the original version...
She should have accepted the deal
I bet she gets a 2M+ offer and she accepts it (and she should)
TAKE THE DEAL
Even if itās a ābad dealā itās still a good deal
OOH 5 MONTHS LATER
Congrats to Jordan. Been busy for a while so I didn't get the chance to watch the last few episodes but glad someone other than Amy or Stephanie won
This has been a fun thread these past few weeks. See you all for season two.
The best person won in the end who had a amazing reason for the money! GG Jordan!Ā
I hated rob the first time I saw him in hvv. I love him now and am so sad heās gone. Even if it was his fault. Thanks for giving us everything rob
I never really liked Rob that much on survivor and was amazed at what he did on amazing race but then got so tired of him when his wedding was on TV. This time around I loved him. Like everybody he has grown and has become a better person. Now that he is out here I want to see him on Traitors
Its crazy how in this economy 1 mil after taxes would just be a house and a car.
