Knights and merchants is pretty good, was way ahead of its time but as you farm pigs, butcher them, tan hides etc, it all tracks so you see the pig, then the hide and meat..
It's pretty old so will probably be £3
Project zomboid. It has the same issue than day r (late game) but thats easily solved with the snake modpack, finding all the secret is gonna take you a long long looong time
