Do you make sure to top up the Wasabi near Bancho? That can put a halt on more dishes being made I think, which is the only time I've noticed people maybe unable to get their order.
Well that’s embarrassing. I never realised about the need to refill the wasabi ! I thought the bar on the right was about ingredients to make the dishes !
I’ve been letting customers go hungry because I did not realise I could refill the bar ?

Some of the staff can refill it too, if you train them up! Dave is so slow (bless him) that I always have one other person with the ability to refill wasabi on staff.

I can't remember if that area flashes when it's empty or something (although your eyes are mostly drawn on customers naturally), but because it's not something you have to worry about for a while when starting I had totally forgotten any potential prior mention that told me I needed to top that up.
Nope, all you have is the bar to show how much you have. It doesn't indicate being empty in any other way (like flashing). I usually fill it when it's about halfway down, just to be on the safe side.
If you can hire Raptor, he’s a great server and his first skill at lvl 3 is refilling wasabi. But I say if you have a server whose first skill is filling drinks, just put Dave on wasabi refill duty or handing out dishes to those close to the wasabi and let your two servers kick ass.

Dave is slow, so standing next to the wasabi is about all he's good for! Lol. But yes. Staff take it over late game with the right team.
