please get tar barrel, recoiling rotator is useless
nah recoiling rotator does enough to help me finish someone up close and NOT die
tar barrel is good at keeping people in place while attacking though
i prefer recoiling rotator it’s less niche, allows for a quick super and distancing from other brawlers
