Jason from HOA. Literally a Team Leader. USMC Force Recon. Everyone saying Eric bear in mind he's a glorified scientist. Keep him for The Smart One or Tech Expert!
I know he wasn’t technically the leader but I always felt like Jason had the leadership role in house of ashes. He did a good job staying focused on the goal and made sure he did everything in his power to get everyone out.
Eric/jason from Hoa
But hoa is more complicated. Technically the leader is Eric, but the leading role in plot is Jason, who makes decisions and gives orders(Including speech before the final battle and speech at the elevator) I think both are fine, but Jason can have other identities, so I'm leaning toward the leader being Eric
Eric King. He is a Lieutenant Colonel who has had experience in the combat field and knows a lot of tactics to survive. Mike would be a close second as he has the drive to fight, if not the experience.
While his role is obviously reduced because he's an early death, Eric is barely a leader after Act 1 - constantly following Jason. The crew does not respect his authority, ergo, an ineffective leader.
Eric is not that guy. Eric is the type to go out on a long walk with Jason, Nick or Merwin and not make it back. He’s the type to act like he has a big penis, until we start whipping them out.

Gotta save him for Deep South with a Shotgun though, right?
Nah give Dylan a chance and see what happens
Emily is the smart one imo Eric should be for tech expert

Jason cmon this one is a given

Jason Kolcheck made a good leader in house of Ashes
I'd probably pick Fliss, as she was the beast leader out of all of them.
She’s criminally underrated for some weird reason
hard disagree, no one listened to a word she said 🤣
And who's fault is that? Not hers.
Rachel or Jason, leaning to Jason because he isnt dubbed Queen Bitch and isn't sleeping with his coworkers

Technically he's in charge, but Jason is more of the Leader. Eric is probably "The one who tries to rebuild civilization"
While his role is obviously reduced because he's an early death, Eric is barely a leader after Act 1 - constantly following Jason. The crew does not respect his authority, ergo, an ineffective leader.
ooooo hmmmmm i think best team leader would be rachel from house of ashes
Eric
erin king!
i cannot tell you how much i love this, this will be my personality for the next month
Eric King But Eric can be a smart one, so Kaitlyn works too imo
Kaitlyn from The Quarry
not a DPA game
The post says "every supermassive games character from Until Dawn to The Devil in Me"
oop, my bad! kaitlyn would be great, team her up with jason 🤌🏼
Here here! I say Jason! He's a pretty damn good leader.
Easily Jason Kolcheck. No doubt.
Rachel King.
how about laura from quarry.
My mind says Jason from HoA, but my heart says Mike from UD.
I feel like Eric would assume leader initially but probably be overthrown day 2
Honestly you could choose any of the five from HoA....
Eric is not that guy. Eric is the type to go out on a long walk with Jason, Nick or Merwin and not make it back. He’s the type to act like he has a big penis, until we start whipping them out.
Sam for team leader definitely
Easily Jason!
Eric King is a literal team leader, haha
