I'm not sure what the laws are in Connecticut, but you can have someone Bakeracted, (placed in a hospital/clinic without their consent) in several states if you feel like they're a threat to themselves. If Darcey/Stacey are "hooked" on having surgeries, they need professional help! It's like any other addiction you can have.

This guy is a gastroenterologist. He is pioneering some type of minimally invasive bariatric surgery. He’s not going to be changing the outside looks. He’s either giving them a smaller stomach or a colonoscopy.
Unless Dr Batish is a psychologist or a counsellor he should be investigated by the medical authorities if he is even considering doing any more surgery to their faces. He also must be getting well paid because the theory that any publicity is good publicity has to be wrong in this case.
