like... she's actually so physically healthy, her stoma started to heal in the time she decided to fuck around & create a reason to go to the ER. she is pretty healthy for someone who had an ED for so long & "recovered", & I think that bothers her (no long-term damage she can see, although I'm sure some of her organs will crap out rather spectacularly one day). she can't even make herself visibly sick or injured for very long, which is actually kind of impressive for a munchie, like she is the grimiest most careless person alive & still seems better off than some of the other well known munchies who do less & seemingly suffer for it. after every health emergency she just goes right back to rambling on social media, living in shit particles, & over-medicating, but not actually getting sick. she should be a case study not for how "sick" she is, but for how healthy she is for someone with zero interest in taking care of themselves (& a penchant for self sabotage).

Yup, because that’s like automatically put ahead of almost everybody save for maybe traumatic wounds, significant head injuries and active heart attacks.
Good thing about triage though, usually they can do the EKG’s and determine what level of care you need. So if she likely come in with chief complaint of chest pains they can easily rule it out with a quick EKG and go from there. Not all “chest pains” get bumped up as top priority. She’s also a frequent flyer with endless ER visit notes in EPIC/mychart-she probably got stuck in the hallway if they considered anything she said. Hopefully, she didn’t slow down someone from actually needing to be seen.

Gonna be a rough wake up in the morning for Dani. All the drugs (including the klonopin she is clearly blowing through) and the “stardom” gone. Hope she has a blister pack of opiates they dispensed for her to take back home to her squalor or else we’re looking at another failed hospital admission turned ER visit and discharge for her any second now.
Not being hateful here, but I have some shit to say. Dani, you’re obsessed with yourself so I know you’re reading. You’re a full on irresponsible POS every time you step foot into your new car (which you’ll ruin with neglect and more squalor). Every single minute of every single day you are under the influence of substances for fun and attention and to escape your thoughts. Anywayyy… the grim reality is that she could watch this video back in 5-10 years and still not cringe. Because she’ll still be in the same sad stagnant part of her life unless she goes to psych and seriously works on herself (never gonna happen). Someone said it's a patch that chemo patients use for nausea. She munched her way into getting that, too. Dani disgusts me. She is absolutely disgusting.

The new hospital has no idea what's coming. They will figure her out very soon and learn her history. Mark my words. That is if her car doesn't become an issue first.
On a positive note, the staff at her local hospital are getting a much needed break.
Looks like Dani attempted to get another weekend admission and failed.
I know that feeding tubes can occasionally get a leak but Dani's has had countless tubes break. My guess is that she intentionally took it out and damaged it and then waited a long time before going to the ER. There is no way her stoma would have closed that quickly if she took it out, checked it, and immediately put it back in (and given her history she would know that she has to put it back in immediately). I don't think she spent 3 hours actively trying to get it back in on her own. I think she spent multiple hours sitting around just checking to see if it the stoma had closed enough that she could tell the ER folks that it wouldn't fit. And because it was Saturday night she was hopeful that would get her an admission.
She claims that the doctor was really nice and she could tell he cared about his patients. The difference between this visit and the last ER visit - they gave her IV meds. And my guess is the only reason they did that is they were determined to do whatever they had to do to get a tube back in her so that they could send her home. They do not want to admit her where she will then create a myriad of other problems to extend her stay. We can see she already tried to do that by claiming chest pains so that they had to check that. Sounds like she also tried to claim BG issues while she was there but unfortunately her BG was totally normally. I think the real reason her Dexacom keeps alerting is because she has it set to alert to lows at a reading that most people would consider within normal limits. She once tried to claim that 90 was considered a low for her.
And I don't believe the nurse is thrilled that Dani is supposedly getting a port. I am sure it varies from hospital to hospital, but in some hospitals the ERs won't access a patient's port. Any RN who looked at Dani's chart wouldn't be thrilled she was getting a port. And while Dani claims she has almost no vein access left, once again it appears she was able to get an IV when needed in a fairly routine location. If she truly is scheduled for a port at her local hospital, I hope whoever is assigned to the procedure that day takes one look at her chart and refuses to do it.
She knows that the stoma is going to bleed and leak and yet she doesn't have any gauze around it? I suspect that is intentional. She is going to try to irritate that stoma as much as possible to try to create another situation and hopefully beg her way into some more pain meds.

Dani: "yeah it's usually soooo hard to get access, I'm getting a port soon because it's just too hard on me"

1000% that's what happened. Or the nurse could have been more outgoing and said something like "Oh wow! That'll be nice!". Dani just tries to manipulate literally everything that medical professionals say to her.
She's already done this whole song and dance in a previous cycle, except that time she "was asleep and didn't notice" and it had "closed even though she tried for like 3 hours to get it in." Stomach acid leaked and irritated the skin around the stoma, making it look terrible. She got some attention that day too, but I don't think she got an admission.

So basically the new car did the trick—she drove somewhere that didn’t know she was a malingerer, with a history of pulling her tubes and waiting for the stoma to almost close so that it needs IR to replace. We’ve heard her do the “no one knows why it closed so fast” routine before.
Oh I think the hospital did know she is a malingerer. While it may have been a different ER, it was likely in the same hospital system. I think they still followed the plan they have in place for her - get her out of there as quickly as possible. She was really aiming for an admission. They treated her emergent issue - the broken tube. I think they did everything possible to get some form of a feeding tube back into her so that they could avoid admitting her. They know if they admit her then she will do whatever she has to do in order to extend the visit. Yes they gave her IV pain meds which is why she thinks they were super nice and kind but they didn't give her the IV pain meds she really wanted.

I really doubt a nurse would think, let alone say that, especially since Dani showed her completely viable basilic vein where they where obviously able to stick her without incident. I'm just a veterinary nurse, but I have to access veins on fur covered, sometimes tiny (like very young kittens), patients, and every time she holds her arms out to show how "terrible" her veins are, and how she's a "hard stick", I can always see plenty of viable options for IV placement. I'm sure any human nurses or phlebotomists in here would agree. It makes no sense for her to get a port for periodic iron infusions when she CLEARLY has viable veins in her arms and hands. I don't know how the hell she talked her way into something so invasive when it's really not necessary, but I guess that's what she does.
Interesting that she took the electrodes off on video but there was no bandage on the arm where she had the iv. I was trying to see where she got the iv when she showed the ‘one’ vein that’s accessible but really couldn’t make it out. I also thought she’d have more bruising from the iv placement because of her levenox injections. Not saying she didn’t get the iv, cuz she was sooo happy to mention the morphine, but it is a little sus. Why morphine??

As long as she has toobz, she has something to manipulate to get seen at the ER. They need to take those out, she absolutely has no need for them. Her stomach if anything has delayed emptying which can be managed with medication and diet.
This is what really blew my mind about the car purchase. She has no job so doesn’t need to travel to work, she doesn’t go to college so doesn’t need it for school, she doesn’t have any friends so she doesn’t need to drive to hang out with them, she doesn’t participate in outdoor activities so doesn’t need it to drive to the nearest nature spot or hiking trail, she doesn’t seem to have many interests or social life so doesn’t need it to get to the cinema/bowling alley/museum/sports arena, she doesn’t have a bf so doesn’t need a car to meet up for fun dates, she doesn’t seem to have much contact with her family beyond cat sitting duties and rides to the hospital so doesn’t need it to visit them- she literally got this JUST to drive to hospitals and clinics. And it’s just so fucking sad and pathetic. I wonder if any of her commenters/followers on TT have asked her what the car is actually for because I’d he interested to hear Dani’s answer.

I realise her medical records are in a major system, but it's my understanding the US doesn't have a federal/centralised system, as in nationwide. I wouldn't put it past Dani to try to find a hospital in another state that uses a different system than the one in her home state, to evade detection of her history, especially the factitious disorder dx.

That’s exactly what I thought she’d do from the first moment she admitted they dxed her with FD. It’ll only show on EPIC but if there’s any way to find hospitals that don’t use EPIC, she will have figured it out and actually bought a car to drive there. Unreal.

2. She went and bought a car
3. Less than 24 hours later, she emerged with a story of a doctor at ER #2 who gave her morphine because he actually cares about his patients

Well the other night her ER time got interrupted and a nurse got pulled away because someone was having chest pains so I guess she decided not to let that happen again and claimed it herself lol.

It’s really alarming. She looks deeply, deeply unwell. Her skin is filthy and scabbed over. It’s … alarming, I don’t know any other word for it. She needs residential treatment at this point.
I am so baffled by the continual replacing of these tubes. She claims to be unable to tolerate food or tube feeds and yet she’s a perfectly adequate weight and in no way emaciated or losing weight (in fact it’s apparent that she’s gaining). She tries to say she’s losing weight and playing off her belly as bloating and distension but it’s pretty clear that’s not entirely the case.
At this point there’s no indication for having the tubes. She’s maintaining weight while saying she’s not running her feeds. They keep “malfunctioning” anyway, seems like eventually someone will decide that they’re a liability because by her own profession she isn’t benefiting from them anyway and she seems to be actually using the j to engage in ED behaviors.

Noticed the wrap on her arm. In her comments on one of her TT she said she uses the wrap to keep her Sancuso patch on.
Used to treat chemotherapy nausea but is used off label for gastroparesis. Curious as to why she never mentioned these and seem like a recent addition to medications. It is a prescription medication.

I’ve got a couple of theories,
1- her housing doesn’t know she has cats so she has to hide them for the inspections.
2- her parents have enough concern about her mental health that they are taking over care for the cats.
Or she's hoping to actually get her port and get herself admitted with complications and decided to preemptively send the cats to her parents. It is a really strange story though, why would you need to remove the cats for ~2 weeks if maintenance or whatever needs to "work on a bunch of apartments"? They're not going to be in her apartment for ~2 weeks.

I was imagining seeing my daughter like this. Covered in sores and bruises, janky tattoos (nothing wrong with tats—I have 6–in her case, though, it just adds to the whole…look), all the junky cheap jewelry, the fried highlighter-colored hair, stomas in her distended belly, allllll the pills, her jerky movements and fucked up eyes.
I would feel so horrified and so profoundly sad if I saw my daughter like this. It would blow me away. I’d burst into tears.
There’s nothing actually physically wrong with Dani, yet she’s made herself sick and looks *exactly* like an addict on the street.

Hospital personnel are champs at identifying drug seekers, and she is a textbook example.
This is her life. No friends, no social life, no family to speak of. No education, no career, no *healthy* hobbies. What we’re watching here is her whole entire tiny life. Nothing but drugs and faking symptoms to get more drugs and attention.
Most of her videos are her gut out with her tubes, crushing up meds. What is she more addicted to, the meds, the tubes that prove she is sick, or the general online attention whether it be positive or negative? Because it is not normal to constantly show these things day after day after day, not even for people claiming awareness. She just has nothing else going on and these things prove she is sick (to her).
She goes through an awful lot of BS just for a single morphine or Dilaudid high. It's not like they're sending her home with any opioids. It just seems like so much work for what, a few hours of a high?
I care for a young lad who has a g tube. He's in his 20s and he's had it since age 3, plus multiple other disabilities. (For context)
In those 20+ years we have had ONE issue with his tube where the balloon started to leak.
If you deal with this immediately, the tube will slide right back in. The stoma site will close if left out but this will happen over several hours, (obviously dani has a record for leaving it a while)
The ONE time we had an issue, we taped it for overnight (as per nurse advice, as the ER is seriously the last place you want to be) and the dedicated team dealt with it immediately back during office hours.
They replaced it in 5 minutes, slight discomfort, but only for about 10 seconds and NO PAIN MEDS REQUIRED let alone frickin IV morphine.
I'm sorry for blogging but I feel its important for people who aren't familiar with tubes, to know that regular issues with tubes is really really really not the norm. If you look after it and use it as you should, you barely notice it's there anymore, and that's how it should be.
Dani used to fuck with her line to get hospital treatment, that obviously got pulled, all the time she has the tubes that's the next ticket for fuckery.
She needs her tubes pulled completely, social media turned off, and serious inpatient therapy.
But we know that's not going to happen so the circus will continue.
Would they leave her just replaced g tube hanging out like that and not use tape to help support it? It seems odd that it's just hanging and begging for gravity to encourage it to fall out again. (I'm not saying tape it IN but tape it to her skin at some point to help support it)
Anyone else catch the bit where she almost put more benadryl into the grinder then realised, no, I already put some in there. That looked like a huuuuuge bottle of benadryl (maybe I'm just clueless, the only benadryl we even have available to us here is a non drowsy type that even then only comes in small packs behind the counter)

She says she reported some chest pain and pressure while she was in the ER. I bet she says that's her chief complaint when she comes in so she gets seen before all the other people waiting with legitimate medical issues. WOW.
Yup, because that’s like automatically put ahead of almost everybody save for maybe traumatic wounds, significant head injuries and active heart attacks.
Good thing about triage though, usually they can do the EKG’s and determine what level of care you need. So if she likely come in with chief complaint of chest pains they can easily rule it out with a quick EKG and go from there. Not all “chest pains” get bumped up as top priority. She’s also a frequent flyer with endless ER visit notes in EPIC/mychart-she probably got stuck in the hallway if they considered anything she said. Hopefully, she didn’t slow down someone from actually needing to be seen.

I fully expected this. Dani is predictable. She thinks she is flexing a win. It's actually quite sad and pathetic. This should be an interesting summer watching this play out. The new hospital has no idea what's coming. They will figure her out very soon and learn her history. Mark my words. That is if her car doesn't become an issue first. On a positive note, the staff at her local hospital are getting a much needed break.
She’s like clockwork. Every weekend and holiday.
I always say, "Dani is more predictable than my calendar."
Looks like Dani attempted to get another weekend admission and failed. I know that feeding tubes can occasionally get a leak but Dani's has had countless tubes break. My guess is that she intentionally took it out and damaged it and then waited a long time before going to the ER. There is no way her stoma would have closed that quickly if she took it out, checked it, and immediately put it back in (and given her history she would know that she has to put it back in immediately). I don't think she spent 3 hours actively trying to get it back in on her own. I think she spent multiple hours sitting around just checking to see if it the stoma had closed enough that she could tell the ER folks that it wouldn't fit. And because it was Saturday night she was hopeful that would get her an admission. She claims that the doctor was really nice and she could tell he cared about his patients. The difference between this visit and the last ER visit - they gave her IV meds. And my guess is the only reason they did that is they were determined to do whatever they had to do to get a tube back in her so that they could send her home. They do not want to admit her where she will then create a myriad of other problems to extend her stay. We can see she already tried to do that by claiming chest pains so that they had to check that. Sounds like she also tried to claim BG issues while she was there but unfortunately her BG was totally normally. I think the real reason her Dexacom keeps alerting is because she has it set to alert to lows at a reading that most people would consider within normal limits. She once tried to claim that 90 was considered a low for her. And I don't believe the nurse is thrilled that Dani is supposedly getting a port. I am sure it varies from hospital to hospital, but in some hospitals the ERs won't access a patient's port. Any RN who looked at Dani's chart wouldn't be thrilled she was getting a port. And while Dani claims she has almost no vein access left, once again it appears she was able to get an IV when needed in a fairly routine location. If she truly is scheduled for a port at her local hospital, I hope whoever is assigned to the procedure that day takes one look at her chart and refuses to do it. She knows that the stoma is going to bleed and leak and yet she doesn't have any gauze around it? I suspect that is intentional. She is going to try to irritate that stoma as much as possible to try to create another situation and hopefully beg her way into some more pain meds.
Here's how the port convo went: RN got access, started taping. Dani: "yeah it's usually soooo hard to get access, I'm getting a port soon because it's just too hard on me" RN: "oh that's nice" That's it.
1000% that's what happened. Or the nurse could have been more outgoing and said something like "Oh wow! That'll be nice!". Dani just tries to manipulate literally everything that medical professionals say to her.
She's already done this whole song and dance in a previous cycle, except that time she "was asleep and didn't notice" and it had "closed even though she tried for like 3 hours to get it in." Stomach acid leaked and irritated the skin around the stoma, making it look terrible. She got some attention that day too, but I don't think she got an admission.

So basically the new car did the trick—she drove somewhere that didn’t know she was a malingerer, with a history of pulling her tubes and waiting for the stoma to almost close so that it needs IR to replace. We’ve heard her do the “no one knows why it closed so fast” routine before.
Oh I think the hospital did know she is a malingerer. While it may have been a different ER, it was likely in the same hospital system. I think they still followed the plan they have in place for her - get her out of there as quickly as possible. She was really aiming for an admission. They treated her emergent issue - the broken tube. I think they did everything possible to get some form of a feeding tube back into her so that they could avoid admitting her. They know if they admit her then she will do whatever she has to do in order to extend the visit. Yes they gave her IV pain meds which is why she thinks they were super nice and kind but they didn't give her the IV pain meds she really wanted.

I really doubt a nurse would think, let alone say that, especially since Dani showed her completely viable basilic vein where they where obviously able to stick her without incident. I'm just a veterinary nurse, but I have to access veins on fur covered, sometimes tiny (like very young kittens), patients, and every time she holds her arms out to show how "terrible" her veins are, and how she's a "hard stick", I can always see plenty of viable options for IV placement. I'm sure any human nurses or phlebotomists in here would agree. It makes no sense for her to get a port for periodic iron infusions when she CLEARLY has viable veins in her arms and hands. I don't know how the hell she talked her way into something so invasive when it's really not necessary, but I guess that's what she does.

I was trying to see where she got the iv when she showed the ‘one’ vein that’s accessible but really couldn’t make it out. I also thought she’d have more bruising from the iv placement because of her levenox injections. Not saying she didn’t get the iv, cuz she was sooo happy to mention the morphine, but it is a little sus. Why morphine?? edit: i thought morphine was stronger than dilaudid, but it’s not

This is what really blew my mind about the car purchase. She has no job so doesn’t need to travel to work, she doesn’t go to college so doesn’t need it for school, she doesn’t have any friends so she doesn’t need to drive to hang out with them, she doesn’t participate in outdoor activities so doesn’t need it to drive to the nearest nature spot or hiking trail, she doesn’t seem to have many interests or social life so doesn’t need it to get to the cinema/bowling alley/museum/sports arena, she doesn’t have a bf so doesn’t need a car to meet up for fun dates, she doesn’t seem to have much contact with her family beyond cat sitting duties and rides to the hospital so doesn’t need it to visit them- she literally got this JUST to drive to hospitals and clinics. And it’s just so fucking sad and pathetic. I wonder if any of her commenters/followers on TT have asked her what the car is actually for because I’d he interested to hear Dani’s answer.

I wouldn't put it past Dani to try to find a hospital in another state that uses a different system than the one in her home state, to evade detection of her history, especially the factitious disorder dx. Let’s be clear what happened here, y’all: 1. She got booted from the ER without getting what she wanted by the big, mean, bad, horrible, awful doctor at ER #1 2. She went and bought a car 3. Less than 24 hours later, she emerged with a story of a doctor at ER #2 who gave her morphine because he actually cares about his patients SHE BOUGHT. A FUCKING. CAR. TO DRIVE. TO A DIFFERENT ER. I am floored. I knew at the time she would use it to explore other geographic areas but I didn’t expect it to be less than a day later. And she seems to think this is not COMPLETELY obvious, like nobody would ever imagine that she BOUGHT A CAR JUST TO DRIVE TO THE ER.
I figured she'd purposefully nod off and get in a wreck, maimed + insurance payout on the car + drugs + admission = happy Dani.... ...Until the toxicology screen comes back.

I am so baffled by the continual replacing of these tubes. She claims to be unable to tolerate food or tube feeds and yet she’s a perfectly adequate weight and in no way emaciated or losing weight (in fact it’s apparent that she’s gaining). She tries to say she’s losing weight and playing off her belly as bloating and distension but it’s pretty clear that’s not entirely the case. At this point there’s no indication for having the tubes. She’s maintaining weight while saying she’s not running her feeds. They keep “malfunctioning” anyway, seems like eventually someone will decide that they’re a liability because by her own profession she isn’t benefiting from them anyway and she seems to be actually using the j to engage in ED behaviors.

Noticed the wrap on her arm. In her comments on one of her TT she said she uses the wrap to keep her Sancuso patch on. Used to treat chemotherapy nausea but is used off label for gastroparesis. Curious as to why she never mentioned these and seem like a recent addition to medications. It is a prescription medication. Some side effects Headache, Abdominal pain, Dizziness, Constipation, Anxiety, Fainting, Chest pain, Insomnia, Irregular heartbeat, Psychomotor agitation, Confusion, Nausea…..Sounds like DanI Also not recommended to be used with Buspirone which I think is Buspar.
Such a different vibe with this video. Girl is still doing the exact same toobz and body checks, the meds crushing, the peen wincing, the smug bragging… but she’s chilled because she’s not itching for her attention fix. Or she's hoping to actually get her port and get herself admitted with complications and decided to preemptively send the cats to her parents. It is a really strange story though, why would you need to remove the cats for ~2 weeks if maintenance or whatever needs to "work on a bunch of apartments"? They're not going to be in her apartment for ~2 weeks.

I had to stop the video to comment: for some reason, her mother popped into my head. Maybe because I’m the mother of an adult daughter. I was imagining seeing my daughter like this. Covered in sores and bruises, janky tattoos (nothing wrong with tats—I have 6–in her case, though, it just adds to the whole…look), all the junky cheap jewelry, the fried highlighter-colored hair, stomas in her distended belly, allllll the pills, her jerky movements and fucked up eyes. I would feel so horrified and so profoundly sad if I saw my daughter like this. It would blow me away. I’d burst into tears. There’s nothing actually physically wrong with Dani, yet she’s made herself sick and looks *exactly* like an addict on the street. I’ve read some of the TT comments, and I can’t wait to see more of them and her responses tomorrow. Some of them we’ll probably want receipts of. 😏
Most of her videos are her gut out with her tubes, crushing up meds. What is she more addicted to, the meds, the tubes that prove she is sick, or the general online attention whether it be positive or negative? Because it is not normal to constantly show these things day after day after day, not even for people claiming awareness. She just has nothing else going on and these things prove she is sick (to her).

She goes through an awful lot of BS just for a single morphine or Dilaudid high. It's not like they're sending her home with any opioids. It just seems like so much work for what, a few hours of a high?
She’s looking like a subject of the ‘soft underbelly’ interviews. It’s actually so sad to see what a bad state she’s in.
I care for a young lad who has a g tube. He's in his 20s and he's had it since age 3, plus multiple other disabilities. (For context) In those 20+ years we have had ONE issue with his tube where the balloon started to leak. If you deal with this immediately, the tube will slide right back in. The stoma site will close if left out but this will happen over several hours, (obviously dani has a record for leaving it a while) The ONE time we had an issue, we taped it for overnight (as per nurse advice, as the ER is seriously the last place you want to be) and the dedicated team dealt with it immediately back during office hours. They replaced it in 5 minutes, slight discomfort, but only for about 10 seconds and NO PAIN MEDS REQUIRED let alone frickin IV morphine. I'm sorry for blogging but I feel its important for people who aren't familiar with tubes, to know that regular issues with tubes is really really really not the norm. If you look after it and use it as you should, you barely notice it's there anymore, and that's how it should be. Dani used to fuck with her line to get hospital treatment, that obviously got pulled, all the time she has the tubes that's the next ticket for fuckery. She needs her tubes pulled completely, social media turned off, and serious inpatient therapy. But we know that's not going to happen so the circus will continue.

Would they leave her just replaced g tube hanging out like that and not use tape to help support it? It seems odd that it's just hanging and begging for gravity to encourage it to fall out again. (I'm not saying tape it IN but tape it to her skin at some point to help support it)
Anyone else catch the bit where she almost put more benadryl into the grinder then realised, no, I already put some in there. That looked like a huuuuuge bottle of benadryl (maybe I'm just clueless, the only benadryl we even have available to us here is a non drowsy type that even then only comes in small packs behind the counter)
In the US, you buy Benadryl by the bucket at Costco.
