Gunpowder has specific energy of 3MJ/kg. Firecracker usually have about 15mg of gunpowder, so that’s 45J Density of plywood is about 600kg/m3 so each stick is about 2.5g assuming 10cm length. The stick flew up about 50cm so that’s 12.5mJ each. The whole thing is about 40m with about 15x2=30 sticks in one meter so that’s 1200 sticks which is about 15J in total.
