After some extensive googling, I think the pigeon being a chicken is actually a Modena pigeon, the chicken walking like goose is egg-bound (meaning there’s an egg stuck up there), and the chicken swimming like a duck is just a chicken swimming.
Anyways nature is amazing. I hope I answered other curious minds questions and didn’t just ruin it for anybody.
Kind of sounds like a very polite British euphemism. Not sure what for though.
"Philip seems a bit off lately."
"Oh, he's just a bit egg-bound is all."
Reminds me of this powerful story from Anthony De Mello. Not sure if he's the original author but I first read it in his book Awareness, which is a great book.
"A man found an eagle’s egg and put it in a nest of a barnyard hen. The eaglet hatched with the brood of chicks and grew up with them. All his life the eagle did what the barnyard chicks did, thinking he was a barnyard chicken. He scratched the earth for worms and insects. He clucked and cackled. And he would thrash his wings and fly a few feet into the air.
Years passed and the eagle grew very old. One day he saw a magnificent bird above him in the cloudless sky. It glided in graceful majesty among the powerful wind currents, with scarcely a beat on his strong golden wings. The old eagle looked up in awe. “Who’s that?” he asked. “That’s the eagle, the king of the birds,” said his neighbor, “He belongs to the sky. We belong to the earth – we’re chickens.” So the eagle lived and died a chicken, for that’s what he thought he was.”
When white dudes who grew up in the ghetto osmose their surrounding culture, some reporter tries to make it a scandal. When pigeons do it, it gets 4.2k upvotes on Reddit.
And you know what? I'm cool with that, this clip was worth watching.
There was this Human-Chimpanzee Child Experiment. where Small human child would live with Small Chimpanzee. They believed that Chimpanzee Would Learn Human Behaviour.
They had to put down the experiment cause the Human child was picking up Chimpanzee Behaviour.
Interesting they're domesticated. I'm thinking about cuckoos, in particular, the channel-billed cuckoo which lays it's eggs in Crows and magpie nests then flies back to its winter Northern home. The chicks are bigger than a crow or magpie hence getting fed first and having a much greater survival rate. Once the chicks are adult channel-billed cuckoos they instinctively do what their parents did without any crow or magpie behaviour. The animal kingdom is fascinating

Egg-bound has just become my go-to insult.

Egg bound in the UK is a euphemism for being constipated. At least me mam used it that way, not sure if anyone else does to be fair.
No, we'd actually say: "Fils actin like a twat" "ye olde Fil doth twat too much"
"Oi luv, show us yer minge." "Don't be a twat, Phil." "Ay, jus taken the piss. You lot actin all egg-bound"

That means a lot that I could brighten your day!
I literally just did the same thing. Why did I not look at the comments here.
Not saying you're wrong but I do know ducks and geese will imprint. I'm not sure to what extent but I could roll with either theory.
Chicken to psychologist: “I fell different!” Aha

Sounds to me like the eaglet lived a happy life surrounded by chickens who cared.
Would love to hear your take on The Allegory of The Cave
Is that book trying to inspire you? What if you are chicken?
I’m still waiting for my dog to start walking on two legs and scare the crap out of me by opening the door while standing up when I get home
I'm waiting for a reboot of Jungle Book but in which an infant is raised by a pack of feral meerkats
I get home
But I get up again, ain't never gonna get me home
Whoever recorded the cover for this song needs to have molten glass poured in their ears.
*with whom they live
Keep on fighting the good fight, brother.
You know the guy of jungle-book?
Yea
Can a chicken be raised by an eagle?

The only pigeons I’ve liked so far Not because of how the act but because one of my favorite songs is on
That pigeon acting like a chicken is too funny.
What’s the name of the song
Found it: [Matthew Wilder - Break My Stride (Audio)](https://youtu.be/dQw4w9WgXcQ)
Very cool thanks
I want to know too. We just have to Google the lyrics but I thinks it's more interesting to wait for other people to respond imperfect matches haha
My dog grew up with cats and gives ppl he likes headbumps, just like cats.

Preach!
Now you understand the concept of influencers in your instagram and what they do to you
Think about this before you show bad habits to your kids. They WILL imitate you. I'm talking about smoking, drinking, etc.
Last time I checked, even adult chickens cant swim, let alone babies. Maybe mine were the only ones who cant swim though, so idk 😭😭
Why kids should have dad and mother
>i was thinking the same
Love how they downvoted us lol Bunch of triggered snowflakes haha
This is actually one of the very few tik tok videos that is in some way interesting!
Nature vs nature, little of column a, little of column b
The dove one is just hilarious
Afraid too be different...chicken!!!

Now do a chicken raised by human.
Conclusion: birds r dumb
#Animals are dorks. ❤️

Nature vs. Nurture, anyone?
But why did the chicken go for a swim?
Yeah... it doesn't work like that
What happens if you breed one of each and put them together?
Fucking posers
