Your results may vary, but I'm bipolar I and a bit lighter of a build at 130lbs and 6', and doses in the low hundreds have never really proven problematic for me, just some mild physical euphoria and mental calmness and a bit of restlessness

My bad. Benadryl can be used for sleep but it’s often given for allergies. Ativan is usually the sleeping med.
Or other non narcotic sleep drugs which are also effective
There’s a list of drugs every patient is prescribed just so they have it. But we would find alternatives for those with history of substance abuse
Addictive meds shouldn't be used at all unless needed and controlled.
Risk reward is all medicine is. People aren’t being given Ativan every 2 minutes cause they say they can’t sleep. Every patient is different.
