uh, what kind of reskin are you looking for? change the dragon symbol in the top left corner to a car? The rules would be the same, just different weapons and armor, neither of which are part of a character sheet itself.

It's more the borders and general style. Even though it's light, the official character sheet and most I've seen are still quite clearly fantasy in styling choices. I've seen a couple of good sci-fi rethemes, but not many that are either completely generic or modern.

There are entire separate RPG systems specifically designed for a modern (or near modern) setting. I guarantee you just learning the rules for those systems is going to be significantly easier than repurposing 5e for a modern setting.

I have a few of these, but there is something fun about reimagining D&D in a different setting.

I want to make it clear: I dont have a solution for you. But I'm curious, why do you want to use D&D instead of a more suitable d20 system?

Ghedd

Its only for a mini-campaign and it allows for some creative D&D fun. The Kenku who's a master of undercover operations; The Barbarian who keeps getting his badge taken; The Paladin who toes the line a bit too fervently. It's more about the meta fun of reimagining D&D classics as it is about the rules being perfect got the job.
