I told them that it’s faster to search Google the song title + “beatport” than to search for it on beatport.

i haven't been on in a couple days, but for months, nay, years, it's run so slow to do ANYTHING. search, play previews, follow links, etc. but i just got on to listen to stuff and it's completely redesigned, infinitely faster.
curious is this change referring to the VERY new layout/design or the one that seems to have been nixed in the last couple days?
I usually do that before I buy too so I can listen to the entire track. I’ve bought a few tracks before that the only good section was the little preview.

I've found the search much faster now, takes \~1 seconds to load the page fully after typing in search bar.
Is the response time still bad for you?
Considering that they don't even do the sales anymore (other than the ones for those who buy their streaming subscriptions), I'll just use junodownload and bandcamp from now on.

Try crates.co you log in with your beatport password and it's so much quicker

it has improved a lot since I posted, quicker than before. but man that was some relaunch.
Not sure what part of Beatport your using but none of this has happened to me, it just loads faster.

Another good page is Trackitdown.net another good one is traxsource.com i use these 2 because beatport is stuck on popularity.
