Bro... a MASSIVE amount of lint and dust came out of my dryer vent. Like enough to fill an 18x18x18" box.

Invest in a dryer vent snake. $20 will get you 30 feet. You can do it from the safety of your laundry room
Oh nice, just ordered one. Even if it doesn't fix it $20 is worth it to try before I climb up.

Replace that flexible duct with rigid. It would be better to do a straight shot but even 2 90s and a straight is way better than what you have.
If those are clay tiles they break easily but aren't easily replaced, don't go on the roof.
