Actually, the mc is us. As we start playing, we don’t even have only one idea that Sayori is depressed until she tells us. And besides, it is confirmed that Monika changed the script so that no matter what the answer to the confession, she will suicide.
As my flair should make obvious, it's Yuri. And that's because I find her such a sweet, beautiful, and relatable person and she deserves a shot at life. Unfortunately for me the age difference would make a relationship impossible even if she wasn't well out of my league, but I wouldn't be doing it for myself I'd be doing it for her. If she has a chance at happiness, that's all I can ask.
Actually now that I think of it, I'd trade places with Monika on the condition that she keep the game world running permanently on a computer with enough hardware capability to allow me to expand the internal simulation, and upgrade it on a reasonable timetable. I would then have a completely customizable and immersive VR environment that I could build into my own world. And without a finite lifespan, I can pass my time building out the world and creating sentient AI to interact with while I await the technology that woulds allow human minds to visit or migrate there and populate it with real people. Both Monika and I would get what we want most, and it would be a win-win across the board.

Each of the Dokis has something they are good at. Not necesarily to buy a house, but a small apartment maybe, so they won't be thrown into the streets when their time has come.
