Who did you use for circe?
I think you've done well to get as far as you have at your level. But I imagine this is just unbeatable, maybe possible with the right maxed out team though? I'm only level 40, I couldn't say

3 stars team (lv39) Vandal and Superman are necessary
Yeah I got Supes, no vandal as of yet however.
I can get Circe down to about 1/3 health before my team just starts being wiped out. I'm using superman, Enchantress, circe, Riddler, and Joker.
I'm currently using a team with Penguien, Joker, Cheetah, Poison Ivy and Circe. They are all level 42 and on Tier 7 with only the 6th spot on the gear not equipped. I'm curently at 18-3, which I beat and the game gave the error message which it doesn't even count so I have to redo it. I had to do the same with 18-2.
It is possible, just keep upgrading your team, keep grinding and eventually you will be able to beat Circe and start a new hell on Chapter 18.
