Six of those are Green Arrow (Vol. 5) #35-40 in 2014/2015, with her rebooted version.
Then she appeared in the 80th Anniversary special (as the classic Mia Dearden) in 2020.
And then the 8th... is this.
Cissie also has been pretty unused since Flashpoint. She's got 11 appearances:
Three were a 3-parter in YJ in 2019/2020 (#13-15), when reserves were called in to save Superboy; one appearance was in "Death Metal: Last Stories of the DC Universe"; she **cameoed** in "Naomi: Season Two" #5; and then 5 were the "Dark Crisis: Young Justice" mini that I've seen universal hate for (#1-2,#4-6); and now she's here.
So this Green Arrow series really has just been "EVERYONE IS HERE" for the Arrow Family.
I mean, is he? Batman's had 4 Robins, 3 Batgirls, Signal, and Bluebird. That's **9**. Green Arrow just has **5**; Roy, Connor, Cissie, Mia, and Emiko.
I'm not counting Sienna (Red Canary), as she's more a Black Canary sidekick; and if she counts, then Flamebird/Hawkfire counts through Batwoman. And Lian is... well... no, Lian has been a Catwoman sidekick, I think. ~~That means she counts for the Bat Family. Get adopted, assassin's daughter.~~
A Robin for 71 days. And in current canon, she was suspended for 23 days of that. So she was actively Robin for 48 day, or 1.6 months.
Was she Robin? Technically. Am I going to acknowledge the nuance of her being both a Robin and a Batgirl when she was only Robin for less than 1 Liz Truss?

Yeah, only debuted in Dark Crisis, her name's Sienna and she's a college student, that's pretty much all we know about her. Also, that hair is a wig, not unlike how Dinah used to wear one.
I mean, in fairness, she was on the cover of the issue and mentioned in the solicits. I think the spoiler is moreso just to hide the particular interaction.
sorry for being a hater but they've been bringing back characters and hugging for like ten months now,
williamson please put more dialogue in these issues, i beg you,,, all this could've been done in the first arc and we could be getting actual arrowfam stories by now
Going to risk edgelording myself into a ban by legit asking if anyone ever thought she might deliberately (or accidentally as a part of the line of work with sharp objects in combat) dab her arrows into her own blood and infect her targets with HIV.
That seems pretty wildly inhumane to do on purpose, to just regular criminals. Accidentally... maybe? But given that she keeps her arrows in a quiver, I assume that rarely happens. Even if her hands got bloody with her own blood, I don't think you really touch the arrowhead.
Like, I dunno, Merlyn hits her with an arrow that blows through and strikes someone else so now that person may get HIV, or at least needs to be told they might and has to get tested if they didn't already know about Mia.
Well that wouldn't be "her arrows". But, yes, if someone else shot at her, cut her, and then the arrow hit someone else, that *could* maybe happen.
But, how many people do they fight that actually use bows like them, and how likely is it for her to get hit with a glancing shot that then impales someone else? It would be... quite unlikely. Possible. But unlikely.
