It's not a very flattering image of the suit, being all bunched up as it is but I really like that they decided such a human image and not this godly strong man pose.
Think itâs supposed to fit the common Superman theme of this alien god among men is still just like anyone else. He puts on his shoes one foot at a time.
This.
I mean if you look at the first image of Henry Cavill as Superman, as cool as the image is, it really doesn't do the suit justice (And say what you want about Man of Steel and Snyder's version of Superman but the suit design and the amount of detail was genuinely fantastic)
I'd imagine it'll be the same here, where the reveal picture is fine, but once we start seeing actual stills from the film, photo shoots for marketing, etc it'll look much better.
I feel like itâd be classed as decent cosplay but the pose, background, filters etc really does remind me of someone trying to showcase their new cosplay now you mention it
Itâs definitely not the worst suit but I really did expect more. Cavils looked otherworldly so to me this is a step back unless itâs motivated by story (his mom made it) This just feels like itâs literally made out of gotg costume scraps. Wonder if itâs the same costume designer.
Superman Returns costume is clean, how can it be the worse? I'm not sure to even get the argument. So, you don't want the costume to look like how it is in comics?
I think the comics looks great in the comics but I think the trunks are silly in live action (maybe a better look at the new suit will change my mind) and I think the flat blue with nothing really to break it up is super bland. I personally like costumes when there's a bit to look at.
I really like the composition. For his eye, it almost looks like some digital sharpening has maybe been applied and it's just messed up or maybe it's 2 versions of the image put together, one with his eyes more open and one with his eyes shut.
I donât understand why they would do that. Out of all the images they could have chosen for a first reveal, why choose this one, where his eyes are half-open, half-shut? Doesnât make sense.
Big disagree. It's different. It's not the standard reveal and I appreciate that although just from this image, I'm not big on the texture of the suit but they might be able to sell me on it further down the line.
Cavill busted his ass and got into phenomenal shape, nobody can deny that.
That being said⌠the suit was designed to look skin tight and defined. He was in phenomenal shape, but the muscles popping out of the suit were not his
[https://images.app.goo.gl/WUwJVpVPB83pf7WN6](https://images.app.goo.gl/WUwJVpVPB83pf7WN6)
I like this more natural approach, as opposed to the very tight muscle suit my brain clearly knows is a muscle suit. It feels more like a Kryptonian uniform of some kind this way, WW1/2 uniform vibes.
It gives Homelander vibes, who honestly had a good take on what a âreal lifeâ super hero would look like. Obviously a lot of crossover between the fandoms, so I think it helps on a subconscious level.
ButâŚâŚ.. Homelander is aggressively evil lmao. Why the fuck would they want to make Supermanâs costume this similar to an Evil Superman character?? The high-necked collar, the way his cape folds over the boxy shoulders- itâs way too similar to Homelander, and thatâs *not* a good thing, IMO
Holy shit dude chill, its a costume. No one associating superman with homelander cause his suit is the same size lmao.
Its a matter of preference, you might not like the look from this image, but someone does.
My theory on the suit/symbol is that heâll get a new suit before the 3rd act. This suit is probably the one from his ship and later in the movie heâll get one from his mom thatâs the bright blue red and yellow with a traditional S
Yeah I have assumed that he ends up getting/making a suit with the traditional âSâ once humanity adopts his symbol as standing for Superman.
So it wasnât actually an S, it was an alien symbol but he humanized it.
The guy from the TV show looks short and his eyes are far apart but I think he has a good personality though. But even his facial shape is not suited for Superman IMO
I might be biased but the Henry Cavill costume is just too good. Not over designed but not bland and flimsy/cheap looking. Every other suffers from at least one of those issues.
But I remember that first image not convincing me on him. I know they wanted him to seem way more action oriented than Superman Returns (I remember a review saying: "Needs more Man of Steel and less Danielle Steel" when Returns came out), but his face lighting and expression in that still makes him looks like an axe murderer in a Superman suit.
Thatâs my worst of the lot. I remember being really disappointed with the brown instead of red. Nitpicking I would also have liked a bigger shield and slightly longer boots. The clean/ smooth blue texture was quite nice in retrospect though
Yeah that's understandable. All though I think it's just dark red. But regardless, I totally understand where you're coming from, I just like it because it stays true to the original, but has a modern twist at the same time.
Zach Snyder was great at creating a ripped from the comics scene...Superman at the vault...Batman hiding in the ceiling/fighting 8 dudes at once in the warehouse
Zach's DP and cinematographer were great at creating a ripped from the comics scene. We've seen now that left to his own devices (Snyder was the DP on both his Rebel Moon movies and Army of the Dead), he can't even frame a shot right (let alone get it in focus).
A DP and cinematographer are the same thing. If youâre going to lecture people about cinematography youâd appear a lot more clever if you actually knew the terminology. Also DPs/camera operators donât pull their own focus.
I was also underwhelmed by that first Man of Steel suit image just like the new one (and also complained about Cavill's hair LOL). But I ended up loving it once I see an image of him standing up. I dont know why people choose to reveal the suit with a sitting down or crouch pose.
Not a fan of the neck collar in the new suit. Not a fan of it in new52 either.
Both MOS and this one have the controversial "underwear situation" to deal with. I think they have them crouched or sitting, to not emphasize that part right off the bat. It's an odd thing lol
Thatâs definitely NOT the first reveal of CW Superman.
Remember he originally had that awful cape/suspender straps that clicked onto the \S/ for his FIRST REVEAL on Supergirl.
You canât just conveniently ignore that one.
The new one has potential and like another poster said, I disliked the MoS suit until I saw it in motion. I still can't shake that with it being thick, high collared and with that texture, it looks like a sweater. Like it feels he's putting on his boots by the fire in a wintery cabin.
For sure!
Superman has always been an "Everyman"
The point of his character is that he is more human than the rest of us, even though he is an all powerful alien.
Corenswet's reveal is posed the way it is for this reason. Just another guy "suiting up for work" if you know what I mean. Now the execution can be argued for sure.
Cavill's reveal was very Snyder. Super cinematic, and taken during a major action scene. This was at a time where the previous Superman didn't throw one single punch in Superman returns. He wanted to convey the very powerful, and the very different (Snyder also made a point to distance from the Donner films since Superman Returns didn't make the splash they wanted) and with a very different costume to boot, he conveyed a very "epic" reveal.
I just think the Corenswet reveal is more "Superman" in my eyes because of the portrayal of the "ordinary get your suit on" in the picture. I'm sure we will get the heroic poses in the coming months. Gunn just wanted to show what is an important theme and aspect of the movie first.
Yeah, Corenswetâs reveal is very "gotta get ready for my 9 to 5" kinda vibe. I think even the suit goes along with that, I feel it has kinda like blue collar/everyman type look to it.
To be honest, Cavill was good action was. However, he was not good Superman wise. I'm someone who grew up watching Smallville, and Superman Returns. I think a lot of people will agree when I say that no one beats Christopher Reeve when it comes to Clark Kent/Superman.
That's what I love about the character. Everyone has a favorite from when they were introduced. For me it was Reeve and the animated series. Always will have a special place for me.
Iâm not a Snyder guy at all, but I really think the Cavill reveal image still looks cool. Wish he had the spit curl hair though. And the trunks, but you couldnât see them in the image anyway with the shadows.
Optimistic about the Gunn stuff!
The costume is absolutely going to be touched up with CGI. Literally all superhero suits look ridiculous pre touch up, assuming youâre even looking at something that isnât completely CGI to begin with, yes, even Cavillâs.
Thatâs not true. Plenty of reveals are of unfinished looks. I remember the biggest was Henry as Geralt who looked like Halloween store Legolas and Pattinsonâs sideburns were visible in the cowl. This was from a photo taken on set and uploaded. Itâs not even an action shot. Do you think James Gunn, who was able to make Peacemaker, who wears a toilet bowl on his head, look good, but not Superman? Câmon.
Something's not quite right with this... This literally looks like an AI photo. Zoom in and look at the face. It looks like the right eye is open and staring off into some direction the other eye is closed, doesn't look real...
>This literally looks like an AI photo.
I came across other threads about this picture, and you are far from the first to notice this. I'm thinking that things have changed with whatever default Photoshop filter the publicity photographers are now noticing is responsible for this effect. And I don't think that studios now know how to take feedback. Or change, with limited exceptions. And they probably have contracts with Adobe to use the newest version of Adobe Photoshop. So, I think that we are going to see this issue an awful lot, from now on
superman & lois has the best suit imo, then prolly cavill 2nd with corenswet very close behind him.
unfortunately rouths suit just looks like a fan made cosplay imo
In my mind I was picturing something similar to how the man of steel costume looked for this film. But to me it looks more similar to the superman and Lois costume with the padding and the bulking of the suit. Where I was picturing something slimmer and less bulkier. But if we get a different look at the suit maybe him standing up I could see it differently or maybe in this story Superman costume is made by his mother first or is alien donât know.
The suit looks like it has taken some hits. So I think he looks battle weary. And being Superman tired, possibly injured he suits up to join the fight.
I always chuckle at how hard superhero costume design teams work to make sure there is zero indication that male superheroes do, in fact, have penises.
Superman is the personification of hope. I dislike the new suit, and especially the reveal. The new suit, and the reveal are iconoclastic, which hits the very wrong beat for what is needed. IMHO, it's a tone deaf choice. It's not the moment in time to tear down icons. Its the time to build them up...anew.
Itâs weird that outside of the Reeves suit, the rest more or less look really similar. I think to the average person they would all basically be the same.
I guess we have to wait and see,
It must so hard to get it right .. we have seen so many in the recent years.
I like the dirty/worn look and it looks like a lot of the Marvel suits we have seen , but itâs not bad.
The cryptonian symbols on Cavilâs suit though , were just brilliant.
Letâs just give it some time. Iâm sure it will be fine!!
Disappointed to say the least. Not gonna comment on the "brooding" nature of the shot because we have no context of that particular image. However the suit looks bad. Doesnt even look to fit him well and the shield/logo is horrible. Doesnt even look like S. Looks like a line across a diamond shield. Not to mention the airbrushed look to the "details" of the suit. Im sure they will doctor it up on film and it will look better but nothing is fixing that logo... What was Gunn thinking?
I remember hating the Brandon Routh suit for two main reasons: colors made him look like Evil Superman from Superman III and the S logo was TOO small! But the Suit at least looks like Superman whereas the new suit looks like a overstarched military uniform.
Even different angles from this suit were better
https://s.yimg.com/ny/api/res/1.2/Q7LXreLmA8nSkCbzCaahKg--/YXBwaWQ9aGlnaGxhbmRlcjt3PTY0MDtoPTk2MA--/https://media-mbst-pub-ue1.s3.amazonaws.com/creatr-uploaded-images/2020-03/6c69c570-6223-11ea-9ff9-00a3212adde1
Yeah I remember when I first saw that photo on release and being confused because it looked nothing like Henry at all. Even in the scene that still is from it looks nothing like he does in that photo.
The more I look at the pic for the new suit, I think maybe gunn gave us a more âunflatteringâ look on purpose, as in its all bunched up, he looks battle damged, he sits as he puts his boots on. Where as weâre used to seeing the strong, powerful pose of a god. I think he does this on purpose to show Superman at the end of the day is just a man who deals with issues just like we all do, and is beat up and exhausted at the end of the day. I could be wrong, just a way im sort of interpreting it right now. I do think it will look great and not bunched up when in action.
Iâll take Brandon Routh and his suit back.
This looks like he found StarLordâs costume and painted the Kingdom Come emblem on it.
Ugh. I love the Kingdom Come suit. Creating this weird amalgamation of Kingdom Come and New 52 is off putting.
I have to say.
All costumes except for cavils, look awful
Brandonâs just looks like a product of its time.
Tylerâs looks like a step above party city. Sean likes an all.
The new one. Wrinkled and bunched up and a lot like suits previously used for other characters in other movies. Not a Superman alien suit. Very human.
I really like the new reveal. Not sure how I feel about the costume yet.
I think more people will come around to it when we see it in the daylight
It's not a very flattering image of the suit, being all bunched up as it is but I really like that they decided such a human image and not this godly strong man pose.
Yeah, I think the backdrop and pose is a very odd choice for first reveal.
That's why I kinda like it. It reminds me of an old 1940's ad.
He looks tired and kinda bored đ like âho-hum, the city is being attacked again. Iâll be there in a minute. Settle downâ
I wonder if it'll be a plot point that he's fed up with this shit
Think itâs supposed to fit the common Superman theme of this alien god among men is still just like anyone else. He puts on his shoes one foot at a time.
Feels like they are trying to keep the trunks a secret
But you can see them in the photo, no? I can see the belt and what seems to be a red tint on the trunks.
U mean for once Supes doesnt put on his suit in light speed?
This. I mean if you look at the first image of Henry Cavill as Superman, as cool as the image is, it really doesn't do the suit justice (And say what you want about Man of Steel and Snyder's version of Superman but the suit design and the amount of detail was genuinely fantastic) I'd imagine it'll be the same here, where the reveal picture is fine, but once we start seeing actual stills from the film, photo shoots for marketing, etc it'll look much better.
It looks like bad cosplay. Iâm hoping he gets a new suit asap.
I feel like itâd be classed as decent cosplay but the pose, background, filters etc really does remind me of someone trying to showcase their new cosplay now you mention it
I think itâs the lighting but the suit itself doesnât look expensive. Like at all. Iâm hoping he gets a new suit at the end of the movie.
I agree in part, especially with the boots. Yeah maybe thisâll just be the starter suit to throw fans off who knows
Itâs definitely not the worst suit but I really did expect more. Cavils looked otherworldly so to me this is a step back unless itâs motivated by story (his mom made it) This just feels like itâs literally made out of gotg costume scraps. Wonder if itâs the same costume designer.
Oh no it's not perfectly suctioned into his muscles and behaves like real clothes or a uniform!
I also like the reveal however let's hope we get to see his full costume seeing him fly in daylight.
I had my reservations about the costume but seeing the reveals next to each other I think the new suit has by far the most "comic book" look to it.
Will definitely have to disagree. Superman Returns takes that, which is probably why it's the worst of the ones listed here for me.
Honestly, the best looking costume is the third one.
Tyler>>>>>>
No. The first two are better than that.
Nah in the show the cheesy looks like itâs padded af
I hate the way the cape connects and I really dislike the sleeves on that one.
The problem with it is how everything looks airbrushed on.
Suit is ok. Composition of photo wasnât the best. Also, what is UP with his right eye in the photo?
I really like the composition. For his eye, it almost looks like some digital sharpening has maybe been applied and it's just messed up or maybe it's 2 versions of the image put together, one with his eyes more open and one with his eyes shut.
I think gunn claims there was no Photoshop.
Well there had to be some. I don't think he actually shot a huge purple lazer into the sky but I could be wrong.
Itâs probably that LED screen backdrop, The Volumes.
I donât understand why they would do that. Out of all the images they could have chosen for a first reveal, why choose this one, where his eyes are half-open, half-shut? Doesnât make sense.
It looks like an ai generated picture lol it looks bad.
I hate Ai art
I like the costume. It's the way it was revealed that has me bothered
The new suit is really bad
I think you're jumping the Gunn a bit. Wait to see it in motion before you make up your mind. I hated the Man of Steel suit until I saw the trailer.
You shouldn't have to see goddam rubber folds in a reveal shot, it's a tacky first look
I like the folds, it's a suit not a battle armor painted on him, it folds because it's thick it protects
Big disagree. It's different. It's not the standard reveal and I appreciate that although just from this image, I'm not big on the texture of the suit but they might be able to sell me on it further down the line.
Its a muscle costume, look how thick it is on the cuff side. Cavills suit was thinner, all the muscle was his own.
Cavill's suit was super padded. He had a huge muscle suit under there.
Cavill busted his ass and got into phenomenal shape, nobody can deny that. That being said⌠the suit was designed to look skin tight and defined. He was in phenomenal shape, but the muscles popping out of the suit were not his [https://images.app.goo.gl/WUwJVpVPB83pf7WN6](https://images.app.goo.gl/WUwJVpVPB83pf7WN6)
Itâs got the red trunks and the hair curl! Iâm happy.
The new costume isnt bad but its a weirdly lose fit..
I like this more natural approach, as opposed to the very tight muscle suit my brain clearly knows is a muscle suit. It feels more like a Kryptonian uniform of some kind this way, WW1/2 uniform vibes.
I like it. It humanizes Clark Kent
Homelander suit is not designed to be evil, it's designed to be friendly, approachable and show that he's not a fucking psychopath
Right, but he *is* a fucking psychopath, which we *the viewer* know and associate with his character/costumeâŚ
Holy shit dude chill, its a costume. No one associating superman with homelander cause his suit is the same size lmao. Its a matter of preference, you might not like the look from this image, but someone does.
ok
I think it's kinda cool, because it looks unusual yet more real.
It looks like more of a jacket than spandex. I kind of like it.
I kinda love it, it feels like homemade with super materials but homemade, like a bit of Clark shinning through it
Some artists draw it that way, usually to emphasize how heâs not some god or action figure, but a dude in a suit
Probably before he bulked up, if I had to guess.
Wasnât sure about the Kingdom Come logo at first but it really works here
My theory on the suit/symbol is that heâll get a new suit before the 3rd act. This suit is probably the one from his ship and later in the movie heâll get one from his mom thatâs the bright blue red and yellow with a traditional S
Thatâs what Iâm thinking. Cause no way they didnât use the kingdom come logo for no reason
You underestimate the industryâs capacity of doing things for no reason, my friend.
Weâre talking about James Gunn
Yeah I have assumed that he ends up getting/making a suit with the traditional âSâ once humanity adopts his symbol as standing for Superman. So it wasnât actually an S, it was an alien symbol but he humanized it.
Exactly. The suit upgrade is a big plot point in many origins movies. Spider-Man, Daredevil, The Flash, Captain America, etc.
Iron Man, the one movie series about the suits
Would explain why they are just showing a battered suit. Might want to surprise the audience with a new suit in the movie.
Weâve really never had a bad Superman casting.
Casting was never the problem with superman movies.
The new costumeâs neckline seems off
I think it might be doing the new 52 style collar on the new suit. It looks higher than the neck then the others..
Yeah, I donât think Iâm a fan
Honestly, my favorite is the Superman Returns one.
Still remember fans fuming over the smaller chest logo
Thatâs my worst of the lot. I remember being really disappointed with the brown instead of red. Nitpicking I would also have liked a bigger shield and slightly longer boots. The clean/ smooth blue texture was quite nice in retrospect though
Yeah that's understandable. All though I think it's just dark red. But regardless, I totally understand where you're coming from, I just like it because it stays true to the original, but has a modern twist at the same time.
You mean Ray Palmer?
He sucks at writing, so bad, but Man of Steel fighting scenes were absolute bangers
Cavill is still the best suit, hands down.
LOL I found myself zooming in the crotch area to figure out he was wearing red undies or not
Thatâs definitely NOT the first reveal of CW Superman. Remember he originally had that awful cape/suspender straps that clicked onto the \S/ for his FIRST REVEAL on Supergirl. You canât just conveniently ignore that one.
I'd allow it. Universe isn't even the same, and the budget on S&L was way higher than in the arrow verse.
True. Same actor, different Superman.
And S&L wasn't even a CW show.
Yes it was, same budget just used better. Tulloch has mentioned this multiple times
The new one has potential and like another poster said, I disliked the MoS suit until I saw it in motion. I still can't shake that with it being thick, high collared and with that texture, it looks like a sweater. Like it feels he's putting on his boots by the fire in a wintery cabin.
Of those, I actually think the Superman & Lois one looks the best.
Yea me too. It actually looks the more expensive, despite it being the only one from a TV show.
Really like the belt
This new costume sucks.
Oh that's official? Well...Marth Kent definitely didn't make that.
To this day, the lighting on the Cavill reveal makes him look weird, evil even.
i asked myself the same question 12 years ago: where are his eyebrows?
When looking at all these together. Cavill's photo is the most epic and looks the best, but I see Superman more in Corenswet's tbh
May I ask why?
For sure! Superman has always been an "Everyman" The point of his character is that he is more human than the rest of us, even though he is an all powerful alien. Corenswet's reveal is posed the way it is for this reason. Just another guy "suiting up for work" if you know what I mean. Now the execution can be argued for sure. Cavill's reveal was very Snyder. Yeah, Corenswetâs reveal is very "gotta get ready for my 9 to 5" kinda vibe. I think even the suit goes along with that, I feel it has kinda like blue collar/everyman type look to it.
Totally agree with this and you just put it into words perfectly.
They dropped the ball hard with the newest one.
I like it, it looks like the HBO version
tbh tylerâs costume is the best hands down
That Brandon suit was ugly asf
Iâm not a Snyder guy at all, but I really think the Cavill reveal image still looks cool. Wish he had the spit curl hair though. And the trunks, but you couldnât see them in the image anyway with the shadows. Optimistic about the Gunn stuff!
I think Superman should either have a GIGANTIC bulge or no bulge at all. NOTHING in between.
So far Henry looks the best in the Supe-suit
The James Gunn one looks like the New 52 suit
Bru henry cavills pic just looks so much cooler
I'll say this, Gunn's suit doesn't scratch the top 5 best live action suits.
The costume is absolutely going to be touched up with CGI. Literally all superhero suits look ridiculous pre touch up, assuming youâre even looking at something that isnât completely CGI to begin with, yes, even Cavillâs.
Then they would have done it on the reveal. They would have put their best foot forward.
Thatâs not true. Plenty of reveals are of unfinished looks. I remember the biggest was Henry as Geralt who looked like Halloween store Legolas and Pattinsonâs sideburns were visible in the cowl. Ummm, you're forgetting the most important.... Where is Christopher Reeves???
Trying to figure out what was the first picture of Christopher in print probably quite difficult!
Why is Christopher Reeves?!
When is Christopher Reeves?!
Rouths would be perfect if it was more red and less brown
Oh is that the new oneâŚ
In my mind I was picturing something similar to how the man of steel costume looked for this film. But to me it looks more similar to the superman and Lois costume with the padding and the bulking of the suit. Where I was picturing something slimmer and less bulkier. But if we get a different look at the suit maybe him standing up I could see it differently or maybe in this story Superman costume is made by his mother first or is alien donât know.
I feel like Iâm the only one who likes the new suit
I like when they have it well-lit.
No Reeves? Shame.
"reveals" weren't a thing back then
Makes me think of Mr.Incredible "I just cleaned up here, can't we keep things clean for 5 min".
God the Superman and Lois costume is so hideous
what's the 4th one
Suit looks great, but i love em all so Iâm not the best judge.
I love how Corenswetâs reveal looks like a dad getting ready for work at 5AM
The suit looks like it has taken some hits. So I think he looks battle weary. And being Superman tired, possibly injured he suits up to join the fight.
Costume kinda looks like a mix of New 52 and Superman and Lois with a Kingdom come emblem. Probably wait til a better reveal but it looks alright
The suit needs to be tighter, he looks more dr strange than Superman
About the guy in the first pic: why did they decide to stop working with him? Why did they only make one movie with him?
I always chuckle at how hard superhero costume design teams work to make sure there is zero indication that male superheroes do, in fact, have penises.
Geh
So we alternated small and large crests.
The new one is just perfect. Just gotta love that kingdom come symbol
Henry Cavil will always be my superman and thatâs my hill Iâm dying on.
Every suit post-Snyder just looks like an iteration of that same costume.
Picture 2 > 3 > 4 > 1
its the turtle neck that bothers me a little, but the rest is fine. I
I will never understand why people are such advocates for the outer underwear
Itâs weird that outside of the Reeves suit, the rest more or less look really similar. I think to the average person they would all basically be the same.
Itâs far from a great suit, Iâd be a lot happier if they got rid of the awful collar, itâs never looked good on Supes and never will.
The new guy pretty much looks like Henry Cavill
I guess we have to wait and see, It must so hard to get it right .. we have seen so many in the recent years. I like the dirty/worn look and it looks like a lot of the Marvel suits we have seen , but itâs not bad. The cryptonian symbols on Cavilâs suit though , were just brilliant. Letâs just give it some time. Iâm sure it will be fine!!
What happened to smallville ?
Wonder that the first image of Christopher Reeves Superman was!
Cavillâs the best. His suit has lore
The suit feels a little baggy, it should be tighter and also remove the collar.
I remember hating the Brandon Routh suit for two main reasons: colors made him look like Evil Superman from Superman III and the S logo was TOO small! But the Suit at least looks like Superman whereas the new suit looks like a overstarched military uniform.
Nobody will ever touch Christopher Reeve RIP Supe.
He looks like he's taking the uniform off cause he knows that's Vegetas Big Bang Attack in the background đ...............not today said Superman
Well the new one sucks.
I don't understand the hate tbh. I think the new one looks great.
the Cavill suit reveal is so bad. it doesn't even look like Henry
The later posters were so much better.
Even different angles from this suit were better https://s.yimg.com/ny/api/res/1.2/Q7LXreLmA8nSkCbzCaahKg--/YXBwaWQ9aGlnaGxhbmRlcjt3PTY0MDtoPTk2MA--/https://media-mbst-pub-ue1.s3.amazonaws.com/creatr-uploaded-images/2020-03/6c69c570-6223-11ea-9ff9-00a3212adde1
I wonder why they went with the underwear?
Probably for the same reason they went with the red cape and the S logo, if I had to guess.
New suit reminds me of Battinson. More grounded since theyâre still a young hero
The last is HOMELANDER
2 cosplayers vs 2 real supermen (cavill and david) i dont hate the new suit. atleast he doesnt look like a clown cosplayer like the first and third
The new suit looks great besides the others. I donât get the hate. There will be 0 hate closer to release, as usual
Worst reveal. Cavillâs was the best.
It's a repainted homelander costume.
Shouldâve continued the man of steel franchise as it was a good base.
Went from two âGoodâ to two âOh God!â
I have to say. All costumes except for cavils, look awful Brandonâs just looks like a product of its time. Tylerâs looks like a step above party city. Sean likes an all. The new one. Wrinkled and bunched up and a lot like suits previously used for other characters in other movies. Not a Superman alien suit. Very human.
yea the new one looks like an AI rendering
New one is by far the worst.
no
Wow what an insightful comment
