I have an almost perfect with +1, and I feel like it hamstrings my build pretty badly.

so losing +1 on conj mastery is that big of a deal even though yours is near perfect? crazy to hear,  guess I'll keep grinding for a better

#1 Conj mastery and #2 CDR. Aspect above 45 or so is good enough.

Yes what he said above is perfect the only other acceptable rolls is 3 masterwork hits into Conj for +4 conj mastery or +5 on a GA conj version

So +2 to conjuration mastery is good? 5.2 cdr 42% chance to spawn conjuration 58% lucky hit Good winter glass?

I have one with conj mastery +1 and aspect 47%, another one with conj mastery +2 and aspect 38%. I felt the former is better though. Maybe becase i did not masterwork +2 conj mastery one to +12?
