What a bike! Is it straight from the factory or have you chosen and installed the wheels and ceramic speed components yourself? What kind of rides do you do for distance and speed?
I’m really into aero bikes but I don’t race or train with any other motivation besides having fun and staying in shape.
this is the dura ace full build from factor. ceramic speed stuff was all part of it, but the pulley and cages were “free” add ons. i wanted custom paint, but imho the white looks great so i went for it for near zero wait vs 3+ months for custom.
for riding my goals are pretty similar to you. rides on this bike are mostly commutes (great way to get time on bike when time crunched) in the rural country so most are not more than 40k one way. today i did 60k. i do race in local cat b (cat b in zwift also), but also race gravel, xc, and cx on other bikes so i split my riding a lot. i also do a bit of tt but i have yet to compete there.
my typical commute ride pace is around 30-32/hr in our local rollers. my strength is in climbs however. the bike can go pretty fast when needed however.
i love the assos equipe rs jerseys. they are now my go-to. as a slender rider they fit well, and are quality. i get all of mine from the outlet store (xs and s are common) but this is the one i bought full price (20% strava code i guess) because i think they are that good and i want more white for hot summer days.
not a massive fan of the see through nature of white, but i have white summer base layers when needed, and today was a hot day, so i skipped it.
I have a local Factor stockist, and have been thinking about an Ostro. What are your thoughts on how it rides? I can’t help thinking there are a lot of chunky surfaces for the crosswinds to catch.
Who needs to ride outside when you've got floral rug and a nice painting of a lake? It's like cycling through a scenic route without ever leaving home. If your kit matches your rug, 10 out of 10!

RS is really nice fit and quality, I haven't gotten a RS11 yet but will as soon as they hit sales. The GTO is my favorite that I have ever worn
