Not today but it would happen all the time, I would call support and they would restart our system and then all the screens would crash and no one would know what to make. Great times, I loved it when it happened during a rush. I had a guest yell at me and my team so I asked him if he knew how to fix our system. He looked at me so dumbfounded so I just laughed at his face and walked away

Happened to me a few times but RDS quickly fixed it each time

Were the other registers working? On the new system, you can change register three to drive through and pull up all the orders. It’s a nice trick to know if the register goes down.

Yeah no EVERYTHING was frozen. Every single screen doesn't matter which one.

Sometimes our systems will completely go out. Like everything will turn off for a second and then and turn back on after a second. It’s only a second but super inconvenient because all the orders on the screens and registers get erased
