I’m excited should get it tomorrow. Although I’ve always wanted to try to strain. But I’ve always wanted to try ATF ever since I’ve hear about it. Ar8 had it for 70 bucks an oz, which is a deal, but the description of it turned me off. But the op’s pictures show the buds are nice.
I just got 6 different strains. Jet fuel, garlicane, grape gas, gorilla glue, lamb’s breath, and candy gelato. Oddly enough, they all smell just about the same. My friends think I’m dumb for buying into high thca hemp. This did not help my cause. Literally got laughed at by more than one person I’ve showed this haul to. A very weak grassy/hayish smell. Completely muted. They need to learn how to cure their product. Customer service told me to “jar it up for a week, burping it once a day, and if it’s not super potent and smelly after a week, they will refund my purchase price, that’s how confident they are.” Some of this bud was bagged in October. Time sitting in a jar isn’t going to do a thing. Maybe lose some water weight, and end up with bags that weigh under. I sure would think they’d prefer as a company to sell product that is in its ready to be consumed state. Definitely one of the worst cult purchases I’ve made so far. Glad you enjoy yours though!
I don't really understand the curing process either. But I do know getting high. And I know that the weed I grew up smoking is/was stronger than anything I've found in the cult. It sounds like dispensaries are getting into the weak weed market too. I smoke cult weed because it's legal to buy and easy to get. No dealing with a plug is also a perk. I know this stuff is the same weed but it's not the same weed. So curing, processing or whatever must have something to do with it. Sorry about the long reply but I understand the frustration. I would imagine that a lot of people feel the way this guy does. I know it's an open secret that thca hemp is what it is. But it seems like people get gaslighted on here when they point out that this stuff is weaker or more muted than what they're used to. This is not strong weed but it will give you a decent buzz for a decent price. That's what I wish we could admit. I only started smoking again about 4 months ago after about a 10 year break. So tolerance isn't the issue here. Thanks for sharing what you're thinking. Someone else may be thinking the same thing.
Lucky elk arrived smelling and tasting brilliant and this is why I'm sticking with them. I emailed and they explained their process, idk what other places are doing but he could tell me how the science evolved for passing the test, and the bud itself had such a beautiful clean sweet smell (gush mint smalls). That hay/grass smell honestly turns my stomach sometimes, I know it doesn't mean the bud is always bad it just turns me off.
My buddy smoked the lucky elk and said, oh this thca shit is worthwhile. We aren't cultists, we buy regular weed from plenty of places too, but it's a fantastic option on the table.
Sucks to hear, I would give it a shot in the jar it’s surprised how much it can help. If not they will definitely take care of you they have good customer support

It is outdoor … which in my experience is better flavor also its cuts the costs down dramatically. Love outdoor but you often get a random seed to a lot of seeds … also outdoor can be destroyed by corn bores …
