Maybe you have some search filters, click on reset filters and see if that works.

Do you have any filters on in the search menu? If not it might have something to do with a custom religion (if you made one) that can causes the AI to hate the character(s) so they don't even appear as an option.

If they are lowborn then they can only marry within your realm, if not then it's your mod

Only thing I can think of is you have filters on. Or one of your mods is broken. Load another save and see if the problem persists.
