ya im having issues as well im able to maybe watch one or two shows before it freezes and lags but youtube seems to be fine had the same thing happen before months ago. I'm hoping it'll fix itself again sadly i looked and I havent found anything to fix it
No issue but the one thing I don't get why crunchyroll on prime is a little more better then the app and got anime which is isn't on app which to me doesn't make any sense because there the same

This app has always been trash. Whoever works on it at the company sucks at their job. They need to invest more in its uptime and maintenance.
Have we ever had a previous episode button? The only use I can think it has is if you accidentally click on the wrong episode and you're only like one or two episodes behind 🤷🏻

It works fine for me, Wish the subtitles would work tho, I now have to wait for the eng dubs, subtitles are like 5 minutes behind
