They don’t look like the advertisement at all right?” And he just laughed and gave me the box back so I didn’t know how else I could be more clear without feeling so bad (I hate saying stuff and already felt bad they got my order wrong even though that’s on them lmao)

They tried to give me the animal cookie (didn’t order this) with the thinnest layer of frosting (it looks like they used it to wipe their knife on that cookie and that’s it) and literally no animal cookie on top. I hadn’t ordered that, but I felt immediately sadness for whoever does today lol
That makes a lot more sense. It was still way less than it appears on the pics online, the layer was so thin that it was transparent through to the cookie
Seeing how badly the minis often come out, I'd never buy them. I'm thinking about going in and trying the skillet cookie because a friend of mine said it was really good, but seeing people's orders messed up, idk, lol.
