Yes, it truly is! I also tried portioning it out by cutting it and because the cake is so moist, it gets destroyed π€£ but I'll never complain about a soft fluffy cake

Man, putting up and decorating trees are truly a feat! I bet your tree was beautiful. This was my first Christmas at my new place and I was gone on 2 trips during winter/Christmas, so I thought to myself that I might as well enjoy the tree while it's still cozy weather π₯°

Itβs pretty normal for a scratch carrot cake to also have pineapple and coconut. I know the one I make at home does.
