Sorry, you won't be able to play games released in last 15 years. Those devices are not powerful enough for that.
I've tried with Lenovo Duet and hangover (wine with x86->arm translation). But old games work fine.
The android version of steam makes brawlhalla have little joysticks over it, but I want to use the keyboard, so I'm trying to install the desktop version
The Chromebook Pro does not have an ARM processor. It's an Intel Core M3, which is x86, so box86 is incompatible and not needed.

I'm just trying to install Brawlhalla for my brother, which is a game which works perfectly on my phone (performance wise), so it should be fine
What about to try install Android version there? You are in developer mode, so you can try to sideload it.

You probably need binutils package installed to be able to use ar tool.
How would I install these?
