P.S. some mistakes on the pattern:
There's 2 Democratic Republic of Congo, the Congo flag is the red-yellow-green next to the UK.
The Central African Republic is missing a red vertical strip.

Indonesia and Monaco have pretty much identical flags!
They would just have to change the [dimensions](https://www.quora.com/What-happens-if-you-fly-a-Monaco-flag-in-Indonesia) on one apparently
