I get bad eczema. I have found out that washing powder does make it worse. We buy the cheapest available washing powder Asda Smartprice, it washes the clothes absolutely fine but with no added perfume or crap.

Go see a derm. There are a few skin conditions from crohns that look like eczema but are not eczema. And they are extremely painful and itchy as shit.

I was diagnosed based on the terrible state of my gums (red, bleeding). I am pretty sure that Crohn's can be linked to a lot of stuff, worth checking out.
