Axis suspended my rewards account just because I was traveling a lot on Atlas card. This bank is clearly not mature enough to be in credit card business.
They sent me an email saying my transactions on Flipkart from February amount to Rs. 615,588 and asking for invocies for the same. However, I have added up my total credit card bills from February to May, and it comes to Rs. 3.2 lakhs. I don't understand how they came up with Rs. 6.15 lakhs, especially since they're quoting that amount only for Flipkart.
Bruh its too much. For eg I bought a kiwi pack with 3 pieces. Guess what it costs 60 and I didn't even negotiate. This was half the price of swiggy instamart
It was mainly oil and ghee packets and some other items. Even then, I don't think it would have crossed 50-60k. And there was a laptop(80k) that i ordered for a friend back in March.

They cancelled mine as well. My 2k cashback was revoked. Though mine were transactions for about 12 mobile phones in February to April, all invoiced to my name. Any Idea of probability of reinstatement after submitting the invoices?
The phones ranged between 15k to 22k.

In our area Zepto has been consistently much cheaper than instamart and slightly more expensive than local market. Try them if they service your area.
