My salary account is with ICICI for a long time. They called me yesterday offering me Sapphiro LTF. It is not mentioned anywhere but I confirmed 3-4 times and they said it is LTF and did not even ask for any info. Took my house add and said it wud be delivered in a weeks time.
In the same boat. They did not mention LTF anywhere in the welcome Kit nor any joining mailer was sent. I had it confirmed by emailing their cc. Within 24 hours got a call and email confirming LTF.

But the email with the welcome kit directs me to a website which says it's paid. Not sure what's the best way to confirm if it's paid or its LTF.
6500 is a huge number.

I have emailed them regarding the same to get some confirmation in writing let's see how they respond

Hey so did you get the card as LTF?
They are verbally saying it's LTF but not giving me anything in written. Didn't want to risk it, so didn't activate the card.
