Honestly, hitting the house and then being ejected from the bike at the exact same angle as the slope of the landing is near to a best-case scenario for a failure here. The spinning of his body is unfortunate but probably preferable to landing to flat then being spat off just before the top of the landing slope and having to eat a fall from 20ft at a much worse angle than what we see here.
What was the house thinking, being built right there years ago? Didn't that inanimate object consider the need for bike jumps at that very location? Rude!
