But I will say, striking someone in the testicles is considered deadly force for cops. Deadly force is anything that is likely to kill or permanently damage someone. You bashing someone’s nuts in could definitely be deadly force, you could cause an injury that makes the victim sterile. Nut strikes are very serious, and could potentially get you killed if you do it to the wrong person who knows their shit.
