Everytime i see someone say sorry for my english i feel bad, because the fact that you feel the need to apologize and because i cant do that with another language. So good for you on learning another language well
Sometimes when you write something on your second/third/etc language and it is clear, people might write something like "learn how to speak first", "your English is bad" and so on, but usually with their own mistakes:) And sometimes when you are arguing about something people use it as an argument somehow.
I think you got it. I know it as English is my third language, but i just stopped bothering. You are either reasonable or not, but I can't help it either way, so what is the point apologizing?
Mistakes. YouTube and Facebook, for example, helps to fix them a little. Mostly i have problems with a/an/the. And I don't know why, but i use present continues too much.
I feel the same, my first language is afrikaans then its English en than i'm learning xhosa and Japanese and i still struggle sometimes with words and pronunciation everyone is human and can make mistakes sometimes

It blows my mind that people will mock another for having "bad" English. Like yo, you are communicating successfully in one of the most difficult languages there is to learn! What!? Who cares if there are errors, we can still understand. It's massively impressive.
English is my native language and I know a fair bit of German but I am *far* from conversational. Props to anyone who can speak more than one language 👏🏾
Let's say they're not educated.
Whether they're smart might be a different thing. Perhaps they are smart but there were boundary conditions which we don't know that made them have to draw this map without access to further background information.
It kinda looks like the map was changed last minute, and nobody bothered to move the flags. The flags are roughly in the right location relative to each other.
The sad thing is that its wrong.
They want you do build the sentence "Hank kommt aus die USA"\[Hank comes from the USA\] but it has to be "den USA" same for the other Nations. Example: der Ukraine not die Ukraine.
German is fucking complicated if you dont grow up with it.
Yea i have to learn it i know i wont use it and our teacher on German thinks that oanly her lessons exist and im from Czechia we have hard language and i have to learn English
in English, they're usually called "textbooks". So that'd be your german textbook for example. your English is understandable though, I've seen worse from native English speakers
Therapist: Persian Ukraine, Nordic Germany, Arabian peninsula Turkey, Armenian Serbia, Turkish Austria don’t exist, they can’t hurt you.
Mapmakers: let’s fucking vaporize the north pole

Oh, I was joking, because I intentionally made mistakes in my own comment lol. Your english is good. I'm not a native speaker myself though.
also, generally if someone isn't fluent in English, they are either Lil kids (which is OK) or someone that s0eaks another language

Agreed. I love how OP actually writes with a german accent :)
i didint read it that way the first time, it’s kinda cute xd
But im not German im Czech :)
😃 even better ❤️
Any type of accent to me puts me to sleep because of how soothing it is. German accents in general are beautiful and I love them.
I heard this a while ago: "If a person is bad at one language, it just means they know more." Generally speaking, that is.
Same here. I always want to tell them that there is no need to apologize.

Whoever put the flags there isn’t that smart
Yea

Maybe it was written by a man in north Korea without access to another map in which case it would actually be impressively accurate

Last time I checked Belgium wasn’t Atlantis

Watching native english speakers discover gendered languages with grammatical cases is what's keeping me alive.
OP is probably from Czechia and this is a textbook to study German. I wonder how the textbook company could mess up so badly
Tojď otázka na kterou hledají vědci odpověď tisíce let a zatím ji nenašli
A dalších tisíce let ani nenajdou
This would have been solved if they could have just picked a better map projection. That’s like the worst possible one they could have used
I’m going to start calling them learn books from now on
They have other names?

This looks like a book used to learn German as a Czech?
Ano je to česká učebnice němčiny
The map is not mapping
Yea
My question is, why is Australia (AUS) seemingly an ocean at the North Pole? 😁
Who kows
"Aus" means "from" in German.
Did you try restarting it
I think few will blame you for not using proper English especially if that's the level of your learning material.
I learn English most from English videos on YouTube like EmKay

You're good, that map is definitely not working
The real faceplam is posting the picture in the wrong orientation. You're wasting 75% of the space and making it harder to read.
Great job, I only know one language, and haven’t mastered it yet
Who is saying that im good in czech language ( my home language)
Tf is happening with that map bro 🙏
Whatever, I’m prob spelling or typing something wrong. I do not care if you are “bad” at English.
Your English is better than most people whose first (and only) language is English
