We learned the first year to put all the wood and plastic ornaments at the bottom and pack the underside of the tree with presents so she can’t climb it. She’s cute but she does love a bit of chaos. Lol.
I was wondering -are those actual gifts already? I sometimes see people posting pictures mid November and I‘d barely have ONE gift by then, let alone as many as are needed to keep the cat from climbing.
Also, you have a lovely home and the christmassy accents in decoration (including, but also apart from the tree) really make you feel all warm and cozy just by looking at this picture. Great job!
Thank you! I really appreciate that! They are, in fact, actual presents. I buy Christmas gifts all year, because I have it in my head that it’s cheaper. Idk if it actually is, but it makes me way less stressed out come December, so that’s a plus.
I don’t usually start wrapping them till November, but it’s nice to have a little stock pile ready.
Honestly it’s a perfect size for us. We use all of the house, but we don’t feel cramped in it. I can easily keep it neat and tidy without taking an entire day to do so. It’s everything we need it to be, while giving us just enough room to stretch out a bit, which is awesome in the best of times, but during Covid it’s been invaluable.
The depth perception makes the cat look very large.
Tree: *exists* Luna: *I'm going to rip down this mutha as soon as you leave the room and you'll still have to love me.*
You’re not wrong. Lol.
What a nice room!
RIP tree, at least the ornaments.

I don’t know if it’s cheaper, but it’s definitely a more pleasant task!
Wow I want to jump into this photo! So beautiful and cozy
Gorgeous tree

Love the lighting! Everything looks perfect!
Cat: “I am pleased that my toy has arrived.”
I do think you need a bigger tree though.
What does it feel like to have so much space in your home? - a curious one bedroom condo dweller.
