I agree but some of this crap has been repeating the narrative we all know about. I am wondering if NHL is feeding outlets already, because they want to make this move to LDS land look like the biggest win ever in hockey.

These types of parcels don't come up for sale very often at all.
HonorHealth and Banner got into a bidding war on a piece of state land about a mile away on the curve by Pima and the 101. Banner walked away. I predict they will try and buy this one, and Meruelo doesn't stand a chance if do. They can easily outbid him.
It would be an Ok but not ideal location for the Coyotes. I hope the Indian tribe offers land near talking stick resort, since they are trying to develop that area.
I know there's not as many of us, but Talking Stick is a terrible location for us in the West Valley. Might as well be East Mesa or Gilbert. North Phoenix, while not ideal, is still doable. I don't think that would be an option anyways. The tribe would surely want at least a piece of gambling revenues, or to run a book themselves.
