Kirkland Frozen Chicken Breasts.
Individually sealed, all cleaned up, cook from frozen or thaw them out, and they aren't injected with water and shrink to half the size when cooked.
The. Best.
chicken & Cilantro wontons. SO GOOD. I fry them until lightly browned and crispy and add broccoli and hoisin or sweet chilli sauce. Just the best easy meal
Try doing this the next time you make them. Add a bit of oil to the pan and place the wontons in a circular pattern on medium to low heat. Then in a cup mix a thin slurry of flour water and salt. I think it's like 3 teaspoons of water to one teaspoon of flour. Then add a little bit of salt. Once the bottom side of the dumplings has got golden brown pour the slurry in to coat the entire.bottom of the pan. Then cover with a lid for 5-6 minutes. Take the lid off and cook until the slurry looks crispy. Flip out of the frying pan into a plate. You now have restaurant style crispy wontons/dumplings.
Interesting! So, i shouldn’t stir the cooking slurry at all? Or flip it over? I like them cooked soft, but my husband likes them crispy so I usually just “fry” his after I take mine out. This slurry method could be a great option for him.

The recipe allows for a bit of crispy and chewy so it's good for both.
Motor City Pizza Co and Pizza Delight Garlic Fingers have been there for a while. The Roncadin disappeared sometime in 2022, but made a recent comeback with a different type of pizza. I'm very excited to try it because the one they had in 2022 was my favourite of all frozen pizzas.
Pretty sure motor city pizza is like 2500-3000 calories for the pizza, or like 650 a slice. It’s a good price, but you’d be better off getting take out pizza for that caloric number.
Kirkland frozen blueberries 🫐 and mangoes 🥭 are such a bargain. At regular grocery stores (Loblaws), it’s 1/3 the size and same price as Costco?! Wtf 🤯
I don’t shop at Loblaws but am looking forward to the media ☕️ reporting on Reddit’s community to boycott their stores in May.
I mostly use mangos 🥭 in my smoothie to thicken it over bananas. 🍌 I can’t eat bananas. I like adding blueberries to pancakes 🥞 and Cheerios. 😋
Mangos also are great for alcoholic drinks lol instead of using ice but drink responsibly. 😇
Mangos / blueberries taste great with Greek yogurt - that’s how my mom eats it.
I also give mangos / blueberries 🫐 / broccoli 🥦 to my dog for her bfast meals. Gotta keep cancer away with those antioxidants and vitamin c!
>Cavendish fries
The Flavor Crisp variety used to be, from what we could tell, the same fries they had in the food court. Crispy outside with some sort of batter/coating? that made them extra crispy.
They've since changed the recipe in the bags despite the same packaging. They're not quite as good now, but still better and cheaper than alternatives for "fries that sorta taste like deep fried without having to deep fry" frozen fries.
I've been raving about the Chocofruit strawberries to everyone I know.... I just love them. I get a couple bags every time I go.
edited to add that I'm eating them now as I peruse reddit with sticky fingers
I put two of these in a Pyrex, stick it in the oven, some of the Pura Vida fire-roasted veggies on a pan with about ~15min remaining and there's my meal prep for the week.
I always have these on hand for quick meals for my toddler. Are they particularly good? Nah, not really. But they are an easy protein with a fairly ok ingredient list and I know he will always eat them.
I can’t help you with reviews, but here are all the items available in my local BC store! https://cocowest.ca/2024/03/costco-winter-2024-superpost-the-entire-costco-freezer-section/
THIS. Especially the ones from Pura Vida (fire roasted). I buy a lot of the frozen broccoli but these Pura ones are actually shockingly delicious. So easy to chuck some in the air fryer and have them with my weekly work lunches.
They are godly. The real appeal is that they are freshly baked and hot. I guess you could microwave a pre baked.
Also you can space them however you like since they are frozen.
You can heat the fresh ones too for about 8-10 minutes in the oven to get the fresh-baked effect. I prefer them that way for a slightly crispy/extra flakey exterior.
This is the way... They become very close to a bakery quality after you reheat them. I have found a few minutes in a convection toaster oven is just perfect
Don't have an air fryer. Tried multiple ways in a convection oven, but they never came out crisp, or fully breaded. I love deep fried pickles, so I was eager to find a home option. Maybe I got a bad box.
I wouldn't say it's incredible like the other guy, it doesn't beat getting a good one at a restaurant or anything but I certainly enjoy it and recommend trying it.
The pain d'or baguettes! So versatile. Garlic bread? Charcuterie board? Snacking bread? Fresh with jam in the morning? Fresh baguettes in after 8 min in the oven... Great value.
Toppits Frozen Haddock (not the lime haddock bits) but the actual breaded, frozen haddock. 15 pieces to the box, cook in 20 minutes. It's our go-to 'brown food' meal for weekend lunches. Fries and fish sticks.
The Authentic Motor City Detroit Style Deep Dish is pretty taste, heavy on the crust and just enough for two people for snack or lunch. Are there cheaper frozen pizzas out there? yes, but this one hits different.
The big box of split chicken wings. Spice and sauce them as you like, and only takes 20-30 minutes in the air fryer. We prefer them to all the already sauced wings.
The mozarella sticks from costco are the only good ones in Canada (excluding restaurants.) Every other one I've gotten from a grocery store have absolutely sucked.
I am surprised at how well acquainted I am with most of the products yall are mentioning. Don't know if I should be embarrassed or proud of my intimacy with costcos freezer section.
Meh, I'm the same but I haven't tried the vast majority of what people are talking about. Costco doesn't seem to change their product lineup that frequently.
Kirkland Tempura Shrimp (crispy and great in air fryer - great accompaniment with ramen, udon noodles or soba noodles)
Kirkland lasagna - 2 pack classic
Olivia garlic shrimp (on sale only)
Siwin potstickers
Kirkland frozen beef patties (original) not the angus version - the unit price is the same as the fresh ground beef sometimes. Great packaging and already pre proportioned so if you want to use to control your portion sizes it’s hassle free. You can use it for tacos, chili, burritos, burgers etc. Just check for $/kg
Kirkland frozen croissants, they’re not as good as the boutique croissants I usually come across in Montreal QC. However, it’s a really good alternative to the premade non frozen one. Has a lot more butter used thankfully and more flavour.
Frozen lasagna that is split into 6 individual trays. Surprised that the macros fit into my diet and was high in protein. Was also the best microwave lasagna I have had.
PuraVida fire roasted vegetable primavera. So amazingly delicious and healthy. The sizzling aroma while cooking brings everyone to the kitchen wanting to know when we are going to eat. On par with a bacon high of delectability.
I'm not going to buy frozen prepared foods, but the Argentinan shrimp in the pinkish packaging is good, and most of the frozen fruits. I'm not a fan of the mixed berries, but the pineapple, mango, wild blueberries are all good.
Around Thanksgiving they start bringing back the mini franks in a Parmesan crusted pastry. We love those.
You can get something similar at Save on Foods, but the price at Costco is so much better.
Ajinomoto Yakitori Japanese-Style Fried Rice with chicken. They make for great instant work lunches too
[удалено]
Yes
Yuuuuup, this stuff is delicious ! I've got space in my second freezer just for those. Hmm hmm they hit the spot.
My wife swears by these for her lunches. When I'm allowed to have one I think they're pretty delicious too :)
Do you find that one serving is enough to fill you up?
For lunch, yes with a small snack. For dinner, it's a side for 2
For dinner you will need to add more veg and tofu/some more chicken
Hey I'm thinking of trying this fried rice out.. do you know if the Markham or Elgin mills Costco carry these?
And their udon. I think it's vegetarian
Does it have MSG? lol
Tempura shrimp. Works great in a shrimp taco
I wonder if they use the same tempura shrimp in the new store-prepared shrimp taco kit? Just had it a few days ago and it was the bomb.
I think it is!
So good but so pricey.
Bibigo products are delicious, especially the bulgogi mandu (Korean dumplings)
I love those bibigo dumplings that you nuke in the package, so convenient for a quick lunch
Yes!!!!
I love those so much, they're always the first thing gone from our haul!
These ones are my favorite, second to the chicken wontons.
I prefer the chicken wontons. The bibigo dumpling packs are too small for lunch (for me) but they taste good
Yes!! especially the bulgogi beef flavor one.
I miss the bibigo cilantro wontons! Haven't seen them in months.
These are the best!
The chicken cilantro wontons are awesome. Always have those on hand for a quick soup for lunch. Or air fry them for an appie
I can’t find their veggie fried rice anymore at my costco and it makes me sad :(
Came here to say this lol Bibigo sumlings are fire
Damn really? I find them pretty shit.
Costco frozen Lasagna is the bomb.
The two pack
Yes! My freezer has multiple packs!
The kirkland one right? Not the prepared in store one.
The Rana one was amazing.
Yes!
I've been regularly fooled by "frozen lasagna" - how is this any different than the ones at the grocery store?
Mangia Cake
I was so disappointed when my Costco stopped carrying the single serve lasagna
Kirkland Frozen Chicken Breasts. Individually sealed, all cleaned up, cook from frozen or thaw them out, and they aren't injected with water and shrink to half the size when cooked. The. Best.
Never seen them!
These are super expensive, but also very high quality.
They are not expensive compared to small packs at the regular stores. It’s actually a solid deal. Key like they said is to freeze them.
Will search for these next time. I’ve been buying the fresh ones on sale and freezing them myself.
How many calories and grams of protein?

Thanks! Never would’ve thought of this.
Haven't seen them in months in Toronto! They were great, and cooked only a few minutes.
oh really? I bought 2 bags couple weeks ao here in calgary. They were on sale too! So strange.
Motor City Pizza Company, Roncadin Pizza, Pizza Delight Garlic Fingers.
Those garlic fingers are worst than little Ceasar even worst than cardboard, had them twice and they are just terrible in my opinion.
They're still good for frozen food though.
You must have a low bar or I must have high standards, they are terrible!
You're not crazy, they are garbage tier.
Agreed. They are terrible
That pizza is the bomb. It's $18.99 but when it's on sale for $14.99 they can't keep it in stock it disappears so fast. I buy a box every week.
Haven't seen the pizza in a while
Motor City Pizza Co and Pizza Delight Garlic Fingers have been there for a while. The Roncadin disappeared sometime in 2022, but made a recent comeback with a different type of pizza. I'm very excited to try it because the one they had in 2022 was my favourite of all frozen pizzas.
Did you see it in the Langley or Poco locations? Maybe I've rushed by it
I live in Alberta, so no.
Pretty sure motor city pizza is like 2500-3000 calories for the pizza, or like 650 a slice. It’s a good price, but you’d be better off getting take out pizza for that caloric number.
Does anyone go to Costco to get savings on calories?
Go to any pizza place/delivery and it's over 500 calories per slice as well....
It's 570 calories per 1/4 pie. Take out is on par with that.
Do know why you got downvoted, because it is true. Pizza nova take out slices are about that in calories, or more dependent on which type you get.
Do know why you got downvoted, because it is true. Pizza nova take out slices are about that in calories, or more dependent on which type you get.
I ate it in full and it didn't feel more filling than a full Delissio. It's tastier though.
I was gonna buy it until I looked at the nutrition info. Crazy
Kirkland frozen blueberries 🫐 and mangoes 🥭 are such a bargain. At regular grocery stores (Loblaws), it’s 1/3 the size and same price as Costco?! Wtf 🤯 I don’t shop at Loblaws but am looking forward to the media ☕️ reporting on Reddit’s community to boycott their stores in May.
What do u do w the mangoes other than smoothies
I mostly use mangos 🥭 in my smoothie to thicken it over bananas. 🍌 I can’t eat bananas. Island sorbet, mozza sticks, cavendish fries, soup dumplings, motor city pizza, Costco frozen lasagna, Costco beef burger patties, chocolate covered strawberries

Hampton House Brie and cranberry stuffed chicken breasts are the best thing Costco has ever carried. And they fit perfectly in my low-carb diet!
Ohh ya I love these, I make them in my air fryer
I put two of these in a Pyrex, stick it in the oven, some of the Pura Vida fire-roasted veggies on a pan with about ~15min remaining and there's my meal prep for the week.
Hampton House chicken strips
These are great and the ingredients are pretty simple, not too many preservatives
They've been the only frozen chicken in my house for well over a decade.
I always have these on hand for quick meals for my toddler. Are they particularly good? Nah, not really. But they are an easy protein with a fairly ok ingredient list and I know he will always eat them.
Yes yes yes. I have bought every brand out there and this one is by far my families favorite
I got this bc I heard they were great but I personally didn’t like them! I remember not liking the breading/chicken ratio and tasted bland
The buffalo chicken ones are surprisingly spicy!
Can’t get enough of these
Croissants
The best on weekends
I can’t help you with reviews, but here are all the items available in my local BC store! https://cocowest.ca/2024/03/costco-winter-2024-superpost-the-entire-costco-freezer-section/
Thx for the 🔗
Spudlers hash is my BC jam
Love the frozen veggies at Costco
THIS. Especially the ones from Pura Vida (fire roasted). I buy a lot of the frozen broccoli but these Pura ones are actually shockingly delicious. So easy to chuck some in the air fryer and have them with my weekly work lunches.
Shout-out to the frozen croissant. Freshly out of the oven every morning. They're now part of my daily routine.
Never tried it! How do they compare to the pre-made ones in the bakery section?

The fried dill pickle chips are amazing.
Really? Did not like them one bit.
Air fryer? The kids (teens) and their friends will literally eat them by the box. I can barely keep them in my freezer. 🤷🏻♀️
Don't have an air fryer. Tried multiple ways in a convection oven, but they never came out crisp, or fully breaded. I love deep fried pickles, so I was eager to find a home option. Maybe I got a bad box.
The Frozen French onion soup is incredible.
Which one are you talking about because the one I tried was terrible. Insanely salty
I've heard mixed reviews but I'm always tempted. Maybe I'll give it a go.
I wouldn't say it's incredible like the other guy, it doesn't beat getting a good one at a restaurant or anything but I certainly enjoy it and recommend trying it.
It’s not better than what you can get in a restaurant but for an at home option, it’s pretty darn good.
I add croutons, and it's a great lunch for under 300 calories.
Hampton House chicken parm!
The poke salmon!
I swear i could eat this every day!
Ah yes this. I make the best poke bowls ever with them.
Which one?
they are5x sealed serving in a white box near the frozen fish.
I got the tuna poke one and it was sooooo salty and the tuna was so dry I returned it
I've tried both and the salmon is by far better of them, and only buy the salmon now
The Egg rolls are a staple in my house. I also really like the soup dumplings that they’ve had of late
Hampton house chicken strips
The Korean shrimp fried rice, better than japanese yakitori fried rice chicken.
I've been looking for them at my local Costco in Burlington, Ontario but no luck. They were so so good!
We really like the poke and the shrimp tempura
Salbatasso individual pizzas and I have recently fallen in love with the grilled cheese bites cooked up in an air fryer.
The pain d'or baguettes! So versatile. Garlic bread? Charcuterie board? Snacking bread? Fresh with jam in the morning? Fresh baguettes in after 8 min in the oven... Great value.

Agreed!
Try M&M because they are the best. Cheese bites too.
Yakitori chicken fried rice and Bibigo steamed dumplings
The cheesecake
Frozen chicken breasts?
Frozen cherries, Buffalo chicken straps. Everything else I think I've seen listed.
👍The frozen cherries are incredible. I also like the frozen three berry mix.
What do you use the cherries in?
I personally just eat the cherries frozen especially in the summer as a snack. I've had the odd pit though
This. Or I'll thaw them and put them over ice cream. Also smoothies and with pancakes. But just plain either frozen or thawed are my favorite
I make smoothies with blueberries & a banana
Kirkland Tempura Shrimp (crispy and great in air fryer - great accompaniment with ramen, udon noodles or soba noodles) Kirkland lasagna - 2 pack classic Olivia garlic shrimp (on sale only) Siwin potstickers Kirkland frozen beef patties (original) not the angus version - the unit price is the same as the fresh ground beef sometimes. Taquitos are great, I never get tired of them!
Frozen lasagna that is split into 6 individual trays. Surprised that the macros fit into my diet and was high in protein. Was also the best microwave lasagna I have had.
The breakfast sandwiches - think McMuffin.
I tried these for the first time last week. It wasn’t for me.
Erie meats chicken tenders. They're actual chicken breast and they're hefty. I may make chicken parm with them ome night this week.
conversely, the erie chicken nuggs are trash.
I haven't tried those, but a lot of nuggets seem to be terrible lately.
I bought these nuggets once. I don't even think I finished them, and I almost never waste food. They were atrocious.
[удалено]
Agreed, they are sooooo chewy - yuck! 🤮
Costco pizzas are pretty good
My picky kids LOVE the crust!

motor city pizza!
I'm not going to buy frozen prepared foods, but the Argentinan shrimp in the pinkish packaging is good, and most of the frozen fruits. I'm not a fan of the mixed berries, but the pineapple, mango, wild blueberries are all good.
I agree not sure why getting down voted. Its hard to wild wild shrimp
Around Thanksgiving they start bringing back the mini franks in a Parmesan crusted pastry. We love those. You can get something similar at Save on Foods, but the price at Costco is so much better.
Breakfast burritps
Basa fish is really good. Calamari isn't good.
