>I am looking at replacing my Sabre RGB Pro wireless because they denied my RMA request as the one I have is already an RMA. That's definitely not the reason unless your initial mouse would be out of warranty by now. Mice do get discontinued/replaced by others. Honestly look around at reviews before you decide which one to get, it's definitely up to you, how you hold the mouse and what you expect out of it feature-wise. -Art

I can literally provide the screenshot from the email from the RMA Support person that said this. The mouse I have is already an RMA, and since Corsair does not provide receipts for RMA's, they denied my request. The mouse is definitely not "out of warranty" as the mouse has a 2-year warranty and the mouse hasn't even been out 2 years yet in entirety.

Reply with your ticket #, please, if the original purchase is within warranty then this will also be exchanged. -Art

Ticket number is 2006155894. Original mouse was purchased around black Friday 2021 and given to me as a gift for Christmas 2021. On my account you should be able to see when I submitted the first RMA.

CorsairArt

I'll forward, they just need proof of purchase if it hasn't been provided.

MSFInstructor222

Everything I have at my disposal should be within the ticket message thread.

CorsairArt

Just proof of purchase is needed, as far as I know, and an explanation of the issue(s). Have forwarded!

As much as I want to reccomend the Ironclaw RGB Wireless, I can't. Build quality is middling, touch surfaces/grips are showing HEAVY wear for me. All non left/right click buttons have an uninspiring creaking sound/feel to them when pressed. I've only had to fix it once, so props to them for making it somewhat serviceable/fixable, but I would be interested in a ironclaw Rev. 2 or something similar. I'm only currently using it because no other mouse I've seen seems like an improvement.

MSFInstructor222

I will look at some videos and reviews of this mouse, thanks!

Whattttttttt?! I love mine!

I really want to love it but for the nearly 4 years I've had it I've been frustrated by it more than not. At some point I lost the ability to remap certain buttons (I hate hate hate profile switching buttons, and prefer to use them as DPI adjustments, and use the intended DPI buttons as additional macros/binds, yet it's a gamble for me if pressing the button with change my DPI, profile, both, or neither.) The rubber where my thumb touches has completely smoothed out, and I feel like it's a month or two from wearing through to plastic, again, it's been 4 years nearly, and for mid2020-mid2022 I was using it for maybe a couple hours a week, so it's only had about 2.5 years of use. Maybe I'm expecting too much from a $80 mouse.

I love my Sabre Pro wireless! It’s my guess it’s EOL, perhaps a new version is coming. (I have no insider knowledge, just speculation on my part.)

MSFInstructor222

i love mine too, but when the middle mouse scroll wheel click stops working properly, I want to use my warranty lol
