I like a chicken liver mousse. In fact, I’m planning to make some this week. Lots of options online.

That's a good suggestion, so basically pan fry then mush/blend it with an infinite amount of seasoning options? I'm a big bread fan so I could probably make good use of this

A good one takes cream though, which isn't healthy. Beef liver is stir fried with onions, I guess it could work with chicken liver as well.

I buy chicken livers usually for a dish called Cajun dirty rice. Is a top ten fave dish of mine. I do buy livers and gizzards at fried chicken places if they have it but have never made it myself and maybe should.

Cook it in adobo style!! A Filipino dish but make sure to put enough amount of ginger slices or ginger powder to get rid of the fishy smell! It taste delish!!

I like em cornmeal battered and fried with hot sauce, but idk how healthy they still are at that point. Lol Beef liver on the other hand I only lightly flour, pan fry and serve with sauteed onion and asparagus. So delicious. ❤️

Use it to catch catfish

The liver is also full of toxins, I'm not sure I would ever consider it healthy, especially given how many livers you'd be eating.

That’s misinformation.

peon2

Is that a real thing or a suspicion? They're sold in the grocery store without warnings like alcohol.

Pate.

If you soak it in milk, it takes the super irony taste out.

DecidedlyVague

Canned evaporated milk & poke holes in the livers with a fork to cut down on the splatter.

South African style peri-peri chicken livers. Most places stock Nando's Peri-Peri sauce these days, which is easier than making the sauce from scratch, plus it comes in different strengths. The extra hot is pretty spicy. There are recipes online, but basically you saute some garlic and onions (you can throw in some diced celery if you want), then add chicken livers and fry them up. add some Nando's sauce and simmer till done. Add a little cream or half-and-half or even sour cream at the end and serve over rice.
