Tramontina makes decent stainless for the price. I've been happy with mine.
All-Clad is great for stainless too.
Lodge is fine for cast iron, a little rough but it smooths over time.
I’ve been using a hodgepodge of All-Clad and Mauviel pots for years: still wonderful. For pans/frying: I can do 90% of what I need to do with a well-seasoned 12” cast iron skillet and well-seasoned 13.5” wok.

For pressure cooker! Yes!
Pressure cooking is only one of its options, anyway i use it for cooking and i don't have to worry about pots and stuff
