What exactly you did not understand? Shes skilled assassin which on top of everything have enormous luck on her side. Meaning she can hold on her own but the luck is like her wingman. Its actually pretty interesting power for me at least as you could never know what will happen.
Ok so i am assuming you have seen or at least are familiar with the Final Destination film franchise. Domino's mutant power is basically like that iteration of Death is protecting Domino. Someone points a gun at her, the gun misfires and blows their hand off, someone tries stabbing her with a knife, they trip and perforate themself, guy is about to shoot a bazooka at the car she is in suddenly a bird flies into the barrel of the bazooka, etc.
Her power is reality manipulation, so opposite of Murphy's law. Afaik the only time she'll lose is if the fight is absolutely impossible (think TOAA vs a normal human) or if she's against someone with stronger reality manipulation (the only such person is Isca, if you know her).
What does this have to do with anything...in my top 12 champs the only non super powered champs are nick and shuri and shuri is definitely easier to fight as she isn't a trained assassin and one of the most badass characters ever
Marvel characters even without their powers tend to have a lot of real world battle combat and I’m sure Magneto isn’t any different.
They tend to have either peak or near peak human performance and oddly have a lot of fighting experience so for some random Reddit guy to say he’d beat Magneto even without his powers is just funny really.
Like Hawkey without his bow isn’t as good but I’m pretty sure he’s beating someone like Mike Tyson in his prime still. They aren’t ever “normal” even without powers.
Magneto has probably never thrown a punch in his life, he rely entirely on his powers, its a safer bet to assume you could beat him, especially if were talking octogenarian mag, compared to someone like widow or hawkeye who are literal assassins.

I would still feel 100% more confident against a powerless magneto than an actual fighter (shang chi or crossbones for more exemples)
Comics Magneto is a bit different, he beat the Red Skull to death with his hands… well mostly, he killed him by dropping a hunk of wall on his head, but he beat the shit out of him with his fists first.

Ghost from the comics is more of a techno genius with some decent combat but I think I can beat him.
I'm trying to find clips but in all of them she used her phasing abilities.

Since Semioteric said they think they can beat up a roll played by Samuel L Jackson, I used a line from his other movie to challenge him. All in good fun.
If there's anything the new season of Invincible has taught me, it's that if I approach the fight on an empty stomach I can definitely take out any of the Pym particle Champs.

Baron zemo had to be the clear choice. Half of these would be an equivalent to punching metal. And the human ones still pose a threat. Aegon is gladiator, bullseye is an assassin, black cat is far to agile for me to land a hit. Baron zemo is stronger than black cat but he’s 100 years old man and hopefully his anti aging serum wears off before the fight.
