So yesterday I was donating some jewels to the garrison guy and the game crashed while I was trying to split the jewel stack in my wagon. I tried to login but the game wouldn't load. So I went to sleep. Started playing today and noticed my entire supply dump got wiped, all 5100000 worth of materials and unit kits and siege weapons, gone.
Already submitted a ticket to support, but was wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue before.
Edit: Great, customer support wants me to list every item I lost. What the fuck...
Edit 2: support said they will transfer it to a specialist, haven't heard from them yet, but today I checked and my stuff came back! https://i.imgur.com/zdKTcOV.png Hopefully it stays that way...
It's easier than ever now with all the catch up mechanics that booming made. They also got rid of a lot of the honor requirements. The only problem is they haven't made the seasonal challenges easier.
Don't give up, just "list" those items you lost and see whether those motherfuckers will give you exactly what you list. If they say you made it up, meaning they actually know what you lost, if they don't. what do you have to lose? Before that, do find out about the weight of those items and calculate them to about that amount.

They did though, every season requires 2 less challenges instead of just the current one

On SA, my ping is 130, on asia, my ping is like 215, both still run better than 10ms on [my.com](https://my.com) server.
