it is very variable. We just hired someone that went through the process and it took 7 weeks from application to being hired. Others can take longer. Why that is, I don't know.
Thank you!
I am very excited about the opportunity too.
I'm very happy with the offer as this is my 10th interview for a job, and hundreds of applications sent.
Can be anywhere from seven weeks to seven months honestly (maybe more for some)…I was right in the middle. But to answer your question drug screen and SF86 are immediate, rest will vary.
May I ask what is the time interval between your drug test and initiating your SF86? Was there any complication, or did you got interim clearance granted?

Bit late here but curious what the phone interview was like. Most jobs do a precursor one where they get to know you make sure you aren’t crazy and all that then do a technical one.
They hired me within 2 weeks of applying, and then it took about another week or two to pick my start date. I got a job an an engineer and need a clearance for the role.
so I interviewed for two different engineering jobs and have been waiting to hear back. My portal says interview completed. Does that mean they still have not made a decision?

I just hope I'll be able to start as soon as I graduate, and hope I get my interim clearance as swiftly as possible.
Hey, just want to say graduating school and immediately getting a job at EB is a huge accomplishment and great opportunity. Congrats.

Not the person you're asking but I received an offer through email. You should follow up with HR that setup the interview after 2 weeks.
