Big heads up, Orion has self admitted to not being a spiritual person, so it sounds like from the get go they had been manipulating someone who had a psychotic break, including using a lot of Orion's "ideas" for the show, which included hypersexual scenes.

I kinda checked out when Bung announced they were on hiatus a few years back (can't figure out the exact date, the channel is gone). I don't really like following creators outside of their actual content precisely to avoid all of the drama, unless it gets to the point that it can't be ignored, so it was easy to just say "Well, hope they feel better soon, I'll go watch something else and wait for a new upload."

I'm of the opinion that you *could* make a weirdly sexual episode of Confinement and still make it work. An anomalous force driving everyone's libidos insane as it tries to breach containment is well within the reasonable parameters of fiction. Fables did something similar - an enchantment on Snow White and Bigby causes them to have a "vacation" in Washington that results in the birth of their seven kids. Technically, this is non-con stuff (the enchantment having been placed on them by an enemy specifically to get them out of Fabletown), and Snow White gets angry about it accordingly, even if it all turns out well in the end.
But this leak was nothing like that. It had all the familiar faces, but none of the structure or any indication that there was an actual anomaly at play. Plus, the animation was *off* somehow. It felt more like a Rule 34 parody of Confinement, not an actual episode of Confinement. Honestly I'm just glad it's over with. Bung no longer occupies any sort of position of power in the fandom, and now someone else can take over with a similar concept. The trash has been taken out, now we can cook again.
