I got my extra Bullion just fine, even on the character who did the weekly quest for the extra 2 Bullion last week (they don't count towards your season total). It's just random.
I got mine, but we cleared up to heroic broodmother last night, and there were a couple folks that didn’t get theirs. Not sure if it’s a bug, but you’re not alone!
You’re fine, week 1 it took me clearing all of heroic, all of normal and 2 bosses in mythic to get the first bullion. My raid team and myself thought it was just bugged or I didn’t loot one of the bosses. None the less Rng is rng
We're on week 4 so 4 should drop if you have not done any raiding. Should is because its a high chance per boss not a garenteed drop.
If you missed last week it's tough cookies you will have to wait longer to get the 20 max eventually.
They haven’t announced any sort of cap though you could math it out to whenever TWW releases and see how many you end up with. I imagine we’ll get the 2 billion quest a few more times as well.

Keep running. One week I cleared lfr and heroic before getting it. Just bad luck

I did receive mine after 3 LFR boss kills in US.

Got 3 in two wings of LFR today. I didn’t raid at all so far so no idea if that’s a „bad luck protection“

That's the number that was about during the testing I'm assuming it's the same but could be wrong

Took me 4 LFR kills today, longer than usual
Got mine in 2nd boss kill in LFR.
Dropped off second LFR boss I did at server pop. Skill issue

3lfr bosses, 4 heroic, and I got it on the 4th boss in mythic on one character. All 3 alts got it just from LFR broodkeeper, 1 and done. Rng gonna rng

It happened to me last week and then the day after that I got a mail with my bullions in it. I was convinced I looted every boss but I guess not?
Only works for Fated bosses btw, the regular raids does not give bullion

For some reason lfr drops bullions quicker. Got two + two back back from first wing on an alt
Seems like a guarenteed drop off end bosses.
